Happy New Year eveyone

Well, I got a lot accomplished at work today. Still have way more to do. Have to do my month end, year end and new year spreadsheets. I just closed my door so I wouldn't have any distractions (except my boss). He didn't bother me with too much.

Glad work wasn't too bad.

I just pulled the trigger on letting my business partner know that I decided being a small business owner wasn't for me, not even as a 50/50% partner.. I just can't handle all the decisions and work and money that has to be spent... I'm not owner material.. I'm the one that likes to do it the way the boss likes it, not decide how it gets done.. if that makes any sense? So now I have to come up with a list of what I do want to do and help with from here forward. I'm just so -freakin'- relieved that she isn't angry/disappointed/frustrated/hateful with me over the decision. She's really awesome like that. <3 (in the back of my mind, I think she was waiting for me to finally say cause I think she knew I wasn't happy enough with the successes to keep going at the pace she goes.

I didn't know I talked that loud but I'm glad for the latest wig. 😄 I understand how you feel. I've never been the decision maker even in my own family as far as money is concerned. Lucky for us my husband is so good at it. I'm glad your business partner understood too.

Just got back from seeing Mary Poppins. Thoroughly enjoyed it because it was so different than the first one that you don't compare the two at all.

I'm so glad to hear that she understood and that you're feeling glad about it. And I totally understand. If I'm working, I just want explicit direction that I can work hard at. I'm good at that.

It's been cold and rainy/wet all day. Gross. I hope tomorrow is better! Everyone needs to get out for a walk or something, I think we're going stir-crazy.

I think it was a staff ping as I have not posted in a few days. Not feel I g so good. Staff use cwf ping for announcements like birthdays, etc. We sometimes also have a purple bar at our message instead of blue.
