Oh damn Hoarfrost is a pain. I may be able to pull off a win or two after several losses, but I don't think I'm going to get to five wins and ten is just magical Christmas land.

As for PvP, I can't think of any way it would work unless they artificially even out stats and weapons because even within tiers there's too much difference and good luck if you can't afford the more expensive weapons.

Anyone have any advice for Hoarfrost? I am nearly there, I just don't think I have the right weapon combination.

He can be chain frozen (thank god), though he does have a nasty curse that prevents you from using your scrolls half the time.

OMG he is a coward LOL His curse and to use it more near the end of the battle along with chain freeze gahhh

I basically went in with my default set, dark block and blackmoons staff. I had all my void scrolls and a TA. I decided to blast and freeze him first turn then soma and mecha then my attackers. I used a Negating Pylonic on my last turn

Got 2 amulets from Effigy with Cynde. Got 4 amulets and 1 scale with Unmask.

for Hoarfrost, I managed to get 1 win in with ME and USS. ME and Trident seems like a decent combo too. And chain freezing, of course.

I can't be much help with what weapons to use as I am using Ostaff and Sandreaver, but I would say making sure to equip your weapons with and using &

I know these are Capt obvious things, but sometimes just that little extra help from Vials, Potions and Pylonics can help and I am always forgetting to use them!

I do have extra shrieks if anyone needs to borrow.

are you going for more battle count to gain more tomes?

I might try later to get to 15 with a better set equipped and throw in my shrieks over the void scrolls

I am Jenn. Tomes are better than tacos! haha You get 2 at 20 wins. :) That is as far as I am right now. You should have no problem with getting more wins!

I'll use my Ostaff and find another attacker to use with it and aim for 20 wins :)

Nice! How many scales did you get? And what set did you use for the T5? I didn't try with anyone below 7.

My tier 4 is still way too weak to even try.... but that is ok. Next time. :)
