so much meowing! It can be very cute. One of my cats at age six has finally learned to meow when she needs someone to help her out. It took her much longer than most!

My first cat, Tissriel, almost never meowed. I suspect because she was spoilt.

mine who just got the hang of meowing used to only meow to my son, like, they meow back and forth conversationally. She's been doing that for ages. What she finally learned is that if we're in the room she's locked out of, with the other cat, if she comes to the door and meows, we will come out and check what she needs.

Usually it's kibble; we can't leave her, the cat who just learned to meow (torbie cat), kibble out for her (because then her sister will eat it and get constipated because she, the sister, won't drink water); so we just give this cat kibble when she requests it. She usually requests it by jumping up on her kibble station which is a swing out part of a folding desk. If we are accessible, she comes up and puts a paw on a knee or something like that, and we put her kibble out and watch her eat it and then put it away when she's done.

The non water drinking sister of the cat who learned to meow is a black cat. She meows sometimes, but also not really when she needs something. Usually the black cat only meows for her torbie sister's attention - when she's been looking through the house and can't find her anywhere, she starts a very high pitched chirp meow.

They're all very cute and also idiosyncratic creatures.

The one who's locked up (classic tabby) meows to complain mostly. He is sick a lot. He also occasionally meows when he wants attention when we're in his room; he meows constantly for attention if we leave his room but are visible outside it (mostly when we're in the living room, as the screen door to his room looks right at the living room). We don't sit around in the living room a lot, but we do when we're tabletop gaming, and he often tries to interrupt those games to get someone back into his room.

He has to be locked up because the black cat scared him once (she was startled by a piece of tape that got stuck to her tail, freaked out and knocked a flatscreen monitor over right next to him) and ever since, he will viciously attack her if he can. He'll hunt through the house for her, corner her, and full on attack. Oddly enough, when he's locked up, they'll play pretty well with each other through the door. There's been a little blood if their claws aren't clipped enough because they put paws under the door and bite or claw each other's paws... but there's no yowling and hissing like when they're loose together.

getting bored with fireside now. sad isn't? well the 30th it will be over.

Yeah I am still working on 2 achievements but pretty sure one I will get before the end of fireside at least. I need to fight the cursed rreign too and he hasnt shown up for me yet T.T

well I have three achievements. get burned by rreign , which I don't care if I get it or not, charity, and the effigy and I haven't seen him either. oh well, maybe next year lol

getting there, I hope he shows up says a tier 6 can beat him so I think I got it

HIIIII!!! How are you? Getting ready for the holidays? My partner and I put up a black Christmas tree (haaa) and put a lot of iridescent decorations on it. I still kind of wish I got the white one I wanted, but oh well.

So I made it again today:-D I was like I'm going to make this stuff right dimmit! I added twice the amount of stevia and it's still not sweet. I make it every year and don't remember it ever not being sweet. Lol

I restock a lot of stuff so probably bought up foods and did it last year. Waiting for Survivor to start!

Hey! A black tree sounds interesting! And if you don't like it, just look at a pic of the red trees in the White House...then you'll like it better after seeing them! :-D When my hubs gets around to getting everything out of our storage overhead in our garage then I decorate. Last year I think it was 3 days before Christmas. Lol

So does anyone know what the birds in the cash shop on the food tab are? I'd gathered the pink one is a galah, but what about the others? One of my Zabini kids wants a bird.

I think there's a lorikeet and a parrot. I'm not sure what the purple and blue ones are. Maybe the purple one is a hyacinth macaw?
