I love your new HA too! Also yes, rain is good for the area ! LOL We've been having such an unusually cold summer and spring so far that it has only gone up over 95 a handful of times, and usually for one week then back down again. It's crazy. Gotta love the after effects of that Polar Vortex. I heard it can take the whole season for ti to go back to normal and balance out again. shrug I am grateful for the cool weather though. It means can use my projector a bit longer.

That "character" is the subeta version of me IRL :D So, thanks! She has better skin and she's thinner than me, but otherwise...pretty close, except I need to refresh my hair dye.

Hey, guys! This week has been super busy for me. But I have been using my off time to watch and play Pokemon xD

What have you all been up to?

Oh!!!! I wasn't clear on which HA you were talking about! The HA with pink hair and a Siamese cat is me.

The blue base HA is Getheny Devatke. :) You will meet her in WT when I get that up and running. She's Valiska Courinna's foster-sister.

Speak was a lynx point Siamese. That's what it's called when Siamese have tabby markings on their faces and tails. I don't know if he or Tissriel or Asterix were the greatest, but they were all Epic Cats.

However, Speak was the one who leaped right up into my arms when I went to adopt that day. He knew he wanted me for his human. He and Asterix came as a bonded pair, but Asterix (though I loved him very much, too) took a while to warm up to me. Although once he did, I never slept a night without Asterix curled right up on my side.

I discovered the useful properties of the dolls in layering when I was first learning to make Homestuck trolls on subeta.

Homestuck trolls have grey skin, black hair, and orange horns, though on Subeta you must sometimes sub in horns in the brown-yellow-orange range as there are not a lot of choices. However, they have candy-red, burgundy-red, orange-brown, yellow-gold, lime-green, true green, jade-green, teal blue, royal blue, indigo, blue-purple, violet, and fuschia blood colours.

Therefore, when I do troll avatars, I start with a grey base, add muscles/contours as needed, then use a doll (or body blush, if there isn't one) in the blood colour. I then put a grey doll on top of that so that it's muted back to a tinged grey. If, after all that, the face is too dark for the markings/features to stand out, I'll use "44 percent highlighter" on the face. I didn't think I'd buy that makeup because I'm not a fan of super pale face makeup, but, it's really great for trolls.

I made it not even thinking about the bear and then noticed how well the bear matched! :-P

I cook a lot. Not too sure anyone likes my cooking but me. I made chilli this week and I forgot and put tomatoes in it (daughter hates them) and I didn't think she would like it, but she said yum and wants more tonight. I asked her "really, why did you like it so much?" She said, "the sour cream and cheese" rotflmao!! palm to face

I would imagine a cooler summer IS nice for you! Since we had an unbearably hot spring I'm ok with it cooler too. Due to idiocy of our house builder it has 3 south facing wagon wheel windows and the master bedroom is so hot every night I almost melt. I do have a standalone AC unit but I can't hear the TV so have to wait until I'm done watching TV to turn it on. Thank you for the compliment! <3

That's weird how we bond with critters. Our yorkie is the sweetest pup, but I often feel I haven't bonded 100% with him. He does love me and follows me all around the house but I just don't feel the same bond as I have with our rottie and the demon dog chihuahua.

You have wagon wheel windows?! Omgosh I bet it is so pretty though. I love round things!!! We have a few south facing windows too and they make the house very warm in the summer.

I had a really long and emotional work day yesterday and then I got out of work, ate ice cream and got really stoned. Partially unintentionally as I was also dealing with a chronic pain flare and completely misjudged my tolerance.
