Paddy was grinning like a crazy thing, "never thought I'd say it, but that was almost more fun than flying on a broomstick!" She glanced at Magnus, "have you tried all these things before, or did you just do a lot of research before we got here? I've never heard of most of these activities before!"

Well Blade thinking about it was probably as good as they were going to get. So Toru considered this a small victory, even if they both got very angry about the situation. "A-Alright." The smaller Hufflepuff gave Blade a warm smile. "Y-You barely got w-wet at all. S-Shall we swim?"

(OOC: When will it be evening? Toru did bring something to wear if there were going to be evening festivities...)

"Glad you're enjoying it!" Magnus smiled and nodded. "We've done em before.. Been to the beach several times and Mum's an adventure junkie."

Blade was immensely relieved. It was pretty difficult to ignore situations if no one else did as well. "Mhmm..." he said with a crooked smile. Then he jump in, giving the biggest splash he could. "Let's swim." He took a couple of powerful strokes, bringing the toned muscular arms up out of the water and back in to glide him along. He stopped centre of the pool. See? This was better. This was what he wanted fun with one of his best friends.

((hmm... Thursday morning at 12:01 XD how's that work. Gives us 3 days of after 6pm ;) )

They dove into the water almost flawlessly, not even a little splash as they submerged. Toru always felt at home in the water. It was obvious as they swam over to the redhead, surfacing beside him. "I-It feels good," they said as they moved to float on their back in the water.

"I agree," Blade said. He knew why Toru loved the water so much. Part of him envied it. He thought it was pretty cool. "We can go in the ocean too if you want. I'm good with whatever."

The ocean did sound tempting, but the pool was nice too. They didn't bring their wet suit with them. There was probably wet suits to rent or borrow, but they weren't sure. "D-Do you w-want to s-swim in the o-ocean or is t-the p-pool okay?" Toru asked softly. Letting Blade call the shots seemed the safest bet.

"I'm fine here," Blade said shrugging. "They do have scub gear to borrow though. I saw it on the deck when we came in. So.. you know... if you wanna...." He felt a little awkward but was trying

Callista frowned briefly. "I'd never tell Corvus anything that might make him upset with you." The unforgiving part sounded concerning, though.

"Come on, though, let's go swimming. Sabrina is itching to get into the pool."

That caused Toru to laugh. "Why b-borrow scuba e-equipment when we have Bubblehead charms?" They gave a small grin at Blade before diving back down under the water, exploring the glass bottom of pool. They saw Anne and Callie talking, but couldn't hear anything due to the muffling of the water.

Niamh was having a great time paddle-boarding, but turned round just a little too quickly to see where everyone else was, and toppled over into the sea. She swam back to the board and decided to head back to the boat to try something else, otherwise she'd never get a chance to try them all. She swam back to the boat, pushing the board in front of her, with the paddle resting on the board. Climbing back onto the boat, she looked around for the information board, to try and pick which activity she would do next. Would it be snorkelling, or the inflatable water slide. She wondered if she could do the water slide, while wearing the snorkel equipment, so she could snorkel straight away once she landed in the ocean.

"I'm going to have to get Uncle to visit the beach," Paddy replied, "we spend too much time in the forest over the summers." She looked over at where Niamh had just fallen into the water, "yeah, let's try that paddle-boarding thing - I want to see if I can do that better than Niamh."

"Sounds good!" Zoe said happy to drag Jona--not that he'd need it. "Would Toru mind Sabrina swimming in the pool though?"

"Well they have wet suits.... and I call that part of the equipment..." Blade said trailing off.

Magnus snickered. "Competing with Nimah are we?" he asked as they got to the paddleboard area. "I thought she'd be with Blade to be honest. Wonder were 'e is?" He waved to Nimah.

Paddy laughed, "no.... well, maybe, yes. That's true, when we were in Hogsmead, she was with him almost all the time, so it does seem weird for her to be on her own today."

(the inflatable slide will actually start on the deck where Blade is ;) )

"I won't tell 'er," Magnus said finding it amusing. "Maybe they 'ad a fight or she 'asn't found him." They took the safety video and headed out with their boards.

Paddy concentrated hard during the safety video, taking in every detail about how to paddle properly. As they headed out, Paddy took a few tentative strokes with her paddle, before realising that it wasn't too challenging. She didn't want to get over confident and make a fool of herself, but it actually seemed strangely natural to paddle like this. "How're you getting on?" she called over to Magnus.

Niamh gathered up the snorkelling items, and headed towards the top deck. She'd idly wondered where Blade was, or if he'd even come on the trip, as she hadn't seen him at all since they'd arrived. Reaching the top deck, she spotted Toru in the pool and waved. "I was just going to try the water slide, then do some snorkelling," she said, "want to join me?"

(she hasn't spotted Blade in the pool yet :P)

(and all) Magnus was paddleboarding nearby like a pro. He was having a lot of fun.

Blade had gone under all the way when Nimah asked Toru, but surfaced a few moments later to see her for the first time on the trip. "Going snorkelling in the pool?" he asked with a droll voice.

Elizabeth chuckled at Callista's light frown. "You're making him sound like a villain.", she said amused, "no offense." "Corvus and I...we know each other's characteristics well since we met so early in our lives. Therefore, I'd say there's little I could do to make him upset. Cheat, probably, but that's not how a proper woman behaves. " She shrugged a bit and smiled. "Sure, swimming sounds nice!" With these words, she got up and transfigured her outfit into a swimming version of the same style. Then she tilted her head lightly. "Really? Do servals swim? Isn't that unusual for cats?", she asked surprised and looked at the cat.

Niamh poked her tongue out at Blade, "nah, thought I'd try the water slide, then go snorkelling afterwards. Want to come?"

Private Outfit

Millie had been so excited for the end of term event. She was even more excited when she heard it was going to be on a magical yacht. After she boarded, the portkey sickness and exhaustion from studying and taking her OWLS finally hit her and found her way to the sunning deck where she promptly fell into a deep, restful sleep.

When she finally woke up, she looked around and wondered what time it was. She thought it was odd there wasn't anyone on the deck. She decided to look around for everyone. She was also getting hungry.

She found her way to the water deck, hoping to find her friends.

After the excitement of the parasailing - for it truly was an exciting and pleasurable experience, Sauvage decided to take comfort in the privacy of the sunning deck, which had maintained empty in the hustle and bustle. She had told Fade where she was going, on the chance he may want to join, but she presumed he would prefer to do some more activities with the others. And so, she used accio to retrieve the book she was currently reading and laid down to enjoy the quiet serenity.

@/Raven @/Paddy Jona was happy to be pulled along to the poolside, but when he got there he looked down at his clothes apprehensively. This was not like the ocean. People weren't supposed to wear their clothes into the pool, which meant Jona would have to take his shirt off. He tugged at the hem uncomfortably, looking around to make sure the other girls weren't watching. Ripping it off fast was the only choice Jona had. Like a Band-Aid, a fresh and painfully stuck to the skin Band-Aid. He dragged a chair closer to the pool's edge, making it so there was only two feet's distance for him to walk before being hidden by the water. And with that, Jona lifted his shirt.

Thin white scars webbed their way across his soft lower torso. It was hard to tell what they were from, but easy to understand they were old. Since Jona was only a boy of thirteen years, he likely got those scars when he was at least half his current age. Jona made for the water, looking at nothing but it's promise of security. He wanted to be like other kids, the ones who did not have to wear their stories on their skin. That's why he'd taken off his shirt. He didn't want to have to hide anymore. But that didn't mean he wasn't still afraid. Finally feeling safe with the water up to his chin, Jona looked up at the group he'd come to the pool with. Was he the only one in? Did anyone see him?
