I knew I wouldn't get it done in one year, but I tried my hardest to get a good dent in it. I can see how it can be intimidating, but it also just made me play a lot more and be more social.

I'm typically selfish when it comes to the new achievements I'd like to see: new tiers for the ones I've already completed, but not for the ones I haven't yet because I doubt I'll ever get them! lol.

But I agree definitely something other than wardrobe achievements would be nice, . Or maybe bring back some of the retired games ones so that newbies (or those of us who never got them!) have the opportunity to do so.

Currently I'm contemplating spending my SP hoard in order to finish the Sarah's Quests tiers, since I never even completed the first tier. But it would take me years to earn that back so I'm not ready to commit to it.

No worries, we'll get them eventually :P

For Sarah's quests, we picked up a little trick during the last plot: you can create a forum group just for yourself and put all of your sP into the group bank. Just be sure to take all of your sP out before deleting the group when you're done. We did this during the plot because doing more quests would improve your team's performance :P

Eh, but I don't think they've banned it per se. They frown upon a number of things that people still do :P

Alternatively, you could give your sP to a friend to hold onto or have them buy overpriced junk items from your shop so the sP sits in your shop till?

I'll think about the options - I'd need to set aside a good period of time when I know I can commit to a) not having on-hand sp for miscellaneous purchases/events and b) can do the quests everyday.

I got my missing recycle points back. It was a 340 point setback, and I need all the points I can get when I'm trying to save for achievements.

I also need to do the blue building.

apparently there's going to be a Questathon some time this year. Will there be another quest-a-thon for pet slots? That'd be a good time for it! I've already run my Vault down to 20m in anticipation, which was probably a dumb thing to do, but my shop tills will probably save me from an emergency.

Yay, I maxed out the Sarah's Quest tiers :D Useful questathon. I hope they extend it by a day though, since there was all that lag at the beginning. Otherwise I don't think we'll make the required number of quests

Having a Quest-A-Thon right after doing a server update was incredibly shortsighted on their part. I'm surprised we've gotten this far after tackling the lag for the first seven days :/

It wouldn't be entirely our fault if we lost. They had the Jelly War in the middle of it last year too, which was lag-tastic as well. It's not an event on Subeta if something doesn't go wrong in the beginning, I guess.

I just finished going through the achievements I need and I realized something. I've been here more than 12 years now and I never:

-caught a darn lizard (ever); -never was online when there were 2000 users (has there ever been that much on at the same time?); -never won the potion lotery; -never managed to go through polar ice field even though I do it once a day; -anyone ever managed to visit the pawn shop when it's empty?; -I'll never be able to attend a subeta meetup; -darn Blackheart Hollow; -can forget about being the richest user; -After feeding that damn Autumn Dragon almost once a day, you would think it would come with me; -pet spotlight/referral...yeah right; -all the goodies bags I've missed out on; -17 legacy achievements not done; -and I don't even want to think about all the ones from the games or battle (Nope nope nope).

and has anyone ever caught that darn Maliss? I know it's messing with me.

Now I just need to smelt sP for a few days for the Vintage License Plate Souvenir :)

-For the Lizards, keep a Lizard Minion Trap locked in your inventory and the achievement will be easy!

-There have been 2,000 users online maybe a half dozen times? When it happens, it usually lasts for only about 30 minutes or so. I can't recall it happening recently, but during site events is the best time to keep an eye out.

-For the Potion Lottery, I keep an eye out before midnight. If there are less than 5-10k tickets sold, start buying a bunch. 10k tickets would cost ~5m sP and give you a 50% or more chance to win.

-I always choose the exact same route (whichever the right-side option is) for the Polar Ice Field and make it to the end about every once other month.

-There's a topic for emptying the Pawn Shop over here: Let&;s Empty The Pawn Shop! (Please Join) It's doable, but takes a concerted group effort.

-I can't help for the Subeta Meetup (do they even do those anymore?), Autumn Dragon, Pet Spotlight, Referrals, or Richest User. However, for Richest User, people usually form an sP pool with their friends and pass it along until everyone who contributed gets the achievement, then you get your sP back. The last one I was invited to required a minimum of 2b to participate, which I obviously did not have, LOL.

-I keep Blackheart Hollow as a bookmark and open it a several times a day. I think the limit is either twice per half hour or twice per hour.

-You still should be able to buy goody bags on the user shop search if you need any achievements for opening them.

-The Legacy achievements are permanently retired, but don't count toward your achievement count anyway if you have any.

-Battling is my area of expertise ;) And has gotten great at it too! I recommend starting with the links in the opening posts of these two threads: Useful Battle Links and Battle Chat 2018. If you need anything clarified or need help building a set, I'm your girl!

-I despise game achievements so I have no advice there, LOL.
