No shame in borrowing :P There's only a small fraction of achievements you can borrow for anyway. The other 2,000 you have to earn yourself xD
I think my views on borrowing has changed since I now know people who can lend. I don't think I could ask a stranger to lend me something. x3
I can relate :P I think I've only borrowed from a stranger once and it made me uncomfortable! I got their item back to them ASAP, haha.
Like I told Jess (from who I borrowed a lot and it took a while=sorry about that again ) I will buy all these items in time to complete my wardrobe, but by borrowing, I'm not into a stress mode to get them to get the achievements. I now can take my time and work on the other ones.

That was my fault though. I wasn't around much in June, which complicated things. But we made it through in the end :D
Yes we did lol.

Added the new Scootle achievement.
It took half an hour of refreshing the Dark Matter Dice page, but I finally unlocked Nightshade as a battle opponent! :D And now that I've splurged on weapons, getting the 5 wins for the loot and 10 for the achievement was easy. And the 25 for the Mage Amulet and 50 for the Tome not too bad, though the 75 for the cabochon crystals was getting a bit iffy.

I can't even think about Battle Achievements right now but great job!
Also, is just me or was the a lot cheaper before?
subetalodge says it used to be a LOT cheaper!
My guess would be that when Batista was released as a Friendly Challenger, people bought that book hoping it would help unlock him. I think it was about then? Or maybe it's just that someone noticed they were relatively cheap and bought a huge number of them as a long-term investment.

That sounds kind of reasonable. There's only one person who has them on the shop search, so maybe they bought them?
It would be nice if I could get 50mill for it but I doubt anybody wants to by an inflated book. At least I have the achievement now though, I don't like that game. D:
Added the new achievements. I think I managed to keep out all of the collectible ones.
I just need two more items for Came, Saw, Unimpressed :D
Which two do you need? Just in case it happens to be the two that I do have (but let's face it, it's very unlikely I'd have something you don't..... ;) )
My question is, is there anyone not missing the Grumpy Stump? Effing Blackheart Hollow... And the Fallen Star, 10k Blue Building Points means 3+ months worth of daily questing ... and so soon after the release of the Foghorn when anyone with a good stockpile has just emptied it.

I need the Grumpy Stump Souvenir and Vintage License Plate Souvenir.
But like said, is anyone not missing the Grumpy Stump Souvenir? 😂 I hate how the prices of things have been grossly inflated, such as the two Blue Building items you pointed out. Just getting the four items I needed from the Crystal Shop for the new achievements cost me 25,000 crystals! It's ridiculous.
I feel like these are a little harsh, but I guess that just means I'm going to borrow them all later because I only care about the plushie and sticker one. e.e
Am I the only one who kind of wants more achievements involved in doing things around the site and not just stuffing an item in the wardrobe?
I agree. Wardrobe achievements are generally really easy to complete, the only thing stopping you is either finding a lender or waiting until you are able to buy the items.
I'd love more activity-related achievements, or more tiers for the ones we already have. I think the reason why the latter are less common is because newer players are at a disadvantage. You saw how hard everyone has to work for kisses during Survival or dances for Masquerade. Now imagine you're a newer player that starts from square one :P
That experience still feels rather fresh, even though I've only just started completing the last tiers of most of those.
Although, I think there are some that can be increased or added without making it seem unfair to the newer players. I'm pretty sure there's no baking achievements (perhaps a good reason why I haven't bothered with it very much) and the biting one has been made a lot easier now that you can incubate and bite at the same time.
I don't think adding more tiers is unfair, just... intimidating? I remember seeing the 'Can I have this dance?' achievement and thinking I would never reach that many dances. Yet, I completed that one a long time ago now :P
I wish they would increase the tiers on a lot of achievements so I have more to do. Right now it's mainly just game ones I need (which I despise :P) and the occasional wardrobe one.
