She's doing well <3 Getting bigger and better every day. We're still in the NICU and likely will be for 2-3 more weeks. But things are going the right direction!

I am so glad to hear that she is growing <3 <3 Will only be a matter of time now. Did they release you from the hospital during this? Sorry if it's too personal. I can only imagine how daunting a long hospital stay would be. I got stuck in our local hospital a year ago for 4 days and remember how long it felt there.

I was in the hospital for 5 days total then was released. But... they allow parents to rent out rooms to stay in while their baby is in the NICU, so I took that option and have been here now since the 21st. I can come and go as I please tho - but it's great because I can go to the NICU as much as I want and when I wake up at 4am missing my girl I can just pop down the hall and go visit

I'm glad she's doing okay and that you are close by! Being able to pop down and check-in is such a relief to anxiety. <3

Sorry for the late reply - I am glad you are able to rent out a room and get to see her as often as you'd like! Such a nice feature to have. How are you all doing?

WE ARE HOME! We got home about a week ago. Things have been crazy, but good crazy. Home crazy is way better than hospital crazy.

Skylar is gaining weight and doing amazing. She is 1 month old and still in preemie clothes, but her newborn clothes are starting to kind of fit her here and there.

She's kicking butt tho - she's doing amazing and I'm so happy to have my little family <3
