Yeah, I know...that's why it's always hard. I keep forgetting the total stats your pet can have...I do have a few tomes I could use, but I really want to save those for tier 12/13

I would just use the exp however you need it. If you feel your battles would go quicker if you had higher strength, then put it in strength. If you’re trying not to get crit hit by a certain opponent then put it in speed or defense. Cap is 35k so you still have a ton of time to change your stats if you don’t like how your build is progressing

Also just tried Careaper...something I always forget to do...and no luck. Stupid thing keeps healing

Only made it to 20 wins against Careaper so far. I was aiming for 25, but his excessive healing bullshit is so annoying, I don't feel like battling for 200 turns just to get him to half health only for him to heal again.

Ok now he’s becoming the obnoxious careaper I am used to. I will go for 25 next month.

What weapons are you using? Careaper is very difficult without a dark block. The best thing is to chain freeze him and hope you land some crit hits.

Does he reset every time?

I'm just using my main weapon set...that actually works for most battles:

I've managed to freeze him once or twice, but no chain freezes

- I used a Natasha to generate bullets for it to steal and pair it with paintbrush blades. I blast two weapons in hope of getting rid of his healer (most annoying imo).

No he only reset during the mass reset.

Yeah careaper does a lot of dark damage so ME is ideal. I also use Natasha since he does some fire damage and it generates bullets for steal fodder.

[edit] I also double blast and use the bear head bomb in hopes of crit hitting him when his health is low.
