I used Ornamented Hook Swords, Blessed Trident fitted with BoNA and Parched vs Jacques. If I had a fast pet I used Shrieks, if not I used Exodin/Eternal, and if my pet had enough HP I also stuck Holy Deluge in there for the extra heal. I had Phoenix, Reviver and Drakkonis all. The OHS has the added benefit of steal-protection over and above what you might get with a BoNA.

I forgot all about the Manifesting Weapon, that would be good if you've got one. But I got my ten wins and my title and now I have a taunting signature.

Oh jeez, I have been hoarding my I hard-won Magic Boxed and etc. It was broken instead so all that angst for nothing. did suggest she wanted us to work harder on unlocking, and ...so we did.

Anybody else unable to feed pets so they can battle?

My Kilroy, Sun, and Dolk are usually in the resort so I don't have to worry about that, but one of the others ate something from my inventory a minute ago just fine.

After numerous attempts, I did that with a couple. Now I have to wait for the cache to catch up. So much for the gourmand ach... lol

I am getting destroyed by Jacques. I got 5 wins & now I can't even get close.

No combination seems to be working. I've tried BT, OHS, MW, & Swash in various combos with no luck. What scroll should I be using for him? Or maybe my girl just isn't strong enough yet? She's a T12 (almost 13)

Could someone post what weapons they are using to fight Jaques please I see people post 2 weapons but I have no idea what other stuff. I have had 2 wins and am trying to shuffle my weapons. Got the scrolls sorted though. Thanks in advance

We don't know. Since he was broken, no one has unlocked him yet. The only thing we know for sure is that he's unlocked when visiting his shop.
