Please keep in mind when applying that we are looking for creative individuals! This includes both Head Girl/Boy and Prefect. We often look to Prefects for ideas for upcoming events, such as the term ball.
If applying for Head Girl/Boy, please keep in mind that Bennet and I communicate primarily through Skype. So if you have access to Skype, this would be a bonus! We are willing to communicate through other means if needed, however. We also heavily rely on Google Docs to keep organized, so access to Google Docs is a must.
We primarily communicate with Prefects using the forum group forum dedicated for Prefects.
I don't know how much time I'll have to participate, but I'll pop in when I can! Mallowsweet can't fit her horse butt on a broom, so I'll be bringing back Samantha (Sam) from Tuscarora NV USA. 'Sweet will still be around to cheer on anyone from England, Scotland, or Wales though.

I have some wonderful announcements to share with all of you. First of all, I'd like to announce our admin team for the term! Joining as Head Girl are and .
Second, I'd like to announce our new Roleplay Admins, and . If you have any questions or concerns related to the Roleplay Rules, workshops, issues within roleplay, please don't hesitate to reach out to them.
Third, I’d like to share some more details about our newest term. The Ninth Term will tentatively start on July 29th and end on September 6th. The Summer Quidditch Tournament will take place at Hogwarts. The countries participating in the Summer Quidditch Cup will be India, Japan, Russia, and Greece*. The Summer Quidditch Tournament will run similar to our Triwizard Tournaments. Members will participate in challenges, activities, and tournament lessons as students to earn points for their team. The Quidditch team is composed of non-playable adult players. Members will be playing as student supporters (or fans) of the team. Members can play as Hogwarts students or students from any other international school in the Wizarding world. Please keep our rules from the Roleplay Rules in mind while creating your character. Members will be earning points for the Quidditch team they’re supporting (either India, Russia or Japan) to win the Summer Quidditch Cup instead of earning points towards a Wizarding school or Hogwarts’ House! Members can sign up for a team here! The Summer Quidditch Cup Fan Roster can be found ">here!
* Depending on the number of participants, members will be divided between three or four teams. At the current moment, members cannot earn points for the Greek National Quidditch team as it is currently non-playable.

....The Special Ability Registration thread is locked. Are we not able to register for special abilities for our character this term or what’s up with the locked thread?
I need to fix the regular Student Roster since it's a hot mess right now. If you have a character in the student roster and would like to roleplay them during the Quidditch Tournament all you need to do is post on the Fan Roster thread that you'd like to add them to the thread.

Welcome to the Start of the Ninth Term. :) You can find your assigned teams below. The first challenge of the term will be up later today. You all will hopefully be able to meet the Quidditch players later today. It's not too late to sign up for a team! You'll also be able to sign up as a supporter for one of the Quidditch teams throughout the term.

Good evening, everyone! I have some unfortunate news to share with all of you. has had to step from her position as Head Girl due to unforeseen circumstances. Although her time as admin has been cut short, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of her in the future.
I'll be around , don't worry. Just not as an admin!
(My life blew up. There were personal issues with close friends/family, but also my office manager quit with not a whole lot of notice and I'm taking over a lot of responsibilities at work that I never had to deal with before and I'm learning how to do them on the fly by the seat of my frilly skirts. It's been exhausting and I've had no time to work on any games.)
Please move me to the Japan supporters though; since Liane will not be playing, Callista is going to support the country she's planning to live in :D
