We're really well! She had a state Special Olympics Track and Field event this week-end and won 3 gold medals in 3 events. I'm so goofy and I cried when she won the 200 meter dash today.

Yesterday was warm and sunny, today was a tiny bit chilly and started raining on the way home. We've hardly had any rain for a month now.

She also graduates from her school-to-work program this coming Thursday night, then starts her first official job the following week. Lots of changes! :-)

I can imagine. Any ideas of what to do?

we have been getting cool weather, some mornings i have to turn on the heat for a hour or 2 to get some heat in the house

She had so much fun!! I let her ride in the van with some of the other participants and we drove there separately. I kept trying to get her to ride home with us and nope she wanted to stay with her group. It was a first for us - cause I'm probably over protective. :-P

Our weather has been so opposite of yours lately. We haven't had the heat on for over a week.

noo, I'm all old and stuff, I like old techie things, not to mention I've seen the problems with Version 1 of everything in my life, better to wait till someone else beta tests it and get the version without all the bugs 🐞

I like my desktop computers. You get way more computer power for the money from a desktop than a laptop or phone, even nowadays. And even those, I don't get the absolute newest, I only update every 4 or 5 years really (when they get unbearably slow). I kind of dread it every time, too, because it's such a hassle getting the new one working like the old one did.

The time in my life when I got new and hot tech was the 90s, when I was in my 20s :P I guess it's possible I'll have a midlife crisis and do it again some day though... but the new tech would have to wow me like the stuff back then did, and that's hard when I'm so old and jaded 😄

it was the condenser so wasn't that expensive to fix. so now I'm as cool as a cucumber :)

picked up 3 dozen more eggs today, some cool colours.. and they are so small compared to my eggs :O just hoping to get one more of my own and i will put them all in later today :D
