ok. i'm gone again. roasting last of the tomatoes and peppers from the garden. told the man NO MORE because the house if full of NATS AND I'M GOING INSANE BECAUSE NOTHING IS KILLING THEM :( going to have to break down and bomb the place. which means me and the dog will probably have to go sit out in the car for a couple of hours. heh.

apple cider. vinegar. red wine (MY GOOD RED WINE) bananas bleach NOTHING :(

haha better then me, i did none yesterday.. was so busy after the kids got home.

the chicks are good and growing, the three biggest are with the big chickens.. i go out and feed them chick feed 2/3 a day so they still get what they need and they can help themselves to the layer as well. i started a last batch of a dozen eggs. the only really am rooting for the Welsummer egg to hatch LOL it warm here but not hot.. once the ground dries for the day the kids have been enjoying playing outside

sweet potato and brussel sprouts sounds great. The other one (yellow squash and zucchini) um... you will enjoy it I guess :) do you roast those too? aren't they too similar to be good together?
