The unisom is what helps with the nausea you dork XD Don't be nervous! It's perfectly safe to take. You will be a bit sleepier taking it until your body gets used to it. But there's an ingredient in it that helps with nausea. It's really not that strong, I promise. I took them 3 times a day, morning, noon and night. I only took half of one, once my nausea started getting worse is when I upped it and started taking a whole pill every time.

You can always skip the night pill and just take one in the morning?

My doc only told me to take it at night so idk. I guess I will ask when I see her again, which should be when the morning sickness is gone LOL

I went off of what my pharmacy girls told me, especially since all of them had been pregnant many times before XD One of those had 2 sets of twins and she told me to take it 3 times a day XD Once a day wouldn't have helped me at all.

It really is DX I still occasionally get sick, but it's not often at all. Maybe every 3-4 weeks. I'm so used to getting sick at this point, it's ridiculous lol
