What a mess to walk into first thing in the morning =( Those are some smart cats,Are they wild? Is there anyway you could put a round piece of wood like a dowel stick in the window where it slides open to keep it closed so they can't open it. You could use a piece of lumber if it the window slides up & down to stop it from moving.We have one we put in our patio slide door runners where the door slides at the bottom.We used it when we first moved in,but don't need to use it now.
