: Why, Hello there! I trust you are having a wonderful evening. I'm cleaning up my office today. I am such a pack-rat, I save every scrap of paper, every envelope or memento, consequently, I have no room for my actual paperwork or writing. It's a horrible job, but somebody has to do it.

How are things with your family? How is work? I will be going on holiday in two weeks. Weldon and I plan to take our holiday here at home near the pond, or working on our home, making little improvements.

I know what you mean about paperwork! I can relate. Hubby and I are having our first visit alone to his parents since we started having children (our firstborn: 1986) in late July. I wish I could flit all over the USA and visit friends! Or if there would be a subeta MEET in the Cleveland Ohio area! (But it would probably be on a Saturday, which would be off limits to me anyway LoL) Fantasies...

: I didn't know that your hubbies parents lived in Cleveland. Still, that is quite a ways away from where I live. I sure hope that you have a wonderful time. How long will you be in the USA?

They live near Cleveland, in Ravenna Ohio. They sold the wonderful house they built and raised the kids in only last year because my mother in law needed something smaller. Not attached to this new place, they are considering not just being winter birds in Florida, but for the time being they are still returning to Ohio in the Spring and Summer. Two of my husband's dearest buddies have passed away in the last 3 years, since his last visit. If they move to Florida permanently, I doubt he will go back to Ohio again any time soon. Maybe that is why he asked his dad if he could buy me a ticket as well. We plan to be there 16 days.

Day 434 a rubber Mallarchy

Its another day of cleanup at my friend's house. On a clear day with 100's forecasted. I'll be well prepped, I'm used to this.

Happy Memorial Day to all of y'all that celebrate it! As both my husbands were both military, all three of my children and most of my extended family, (my uncle stormed the beaches at Normandy, my dad served in Germany, two uncles in Vietnam), I am very supportive of all the branches of the military here in the States and around the world. The world owes a big thanks to all that fought and died and made a stand against evil.
