Good night all my JSAHHO buddies, It's 10:30 PM here and I got to work in the morning, I have clinical rounds with my apprentice class and we are going to review the basics of external comparative anatomy. We have male and female squirrels, make and female skunks, a male badger and female wolverine as patients who have consented to being gawked at by eager young learners for the sake of education in the healing arts. Still, it's exhausting work and I got to be fresh in the AM.

Alzheimers and dementia are a couple of the nastiest conditions to deal with. It is so difficult to watch loved ones lose their memories and ability to be themselves. My heart feels for you and my love goes out... XOX

Thanks sweetie! It's all good. SHe saw me through the terrible twos and the fearsome fours and put up with me as a teenager. She changed my diapers and took care of me when I was sick. I'm honored to return the favor.

As we were with my husband's father and my stepmom. You are right though, they took care of us and then comes our turn to love and take care of them... 💋

I'm just glad I am in the position that I'm able to do it. A lot of people aren't able to because of jobs, health reasons and monetary reasons as well.
