Yeah, I was super bored by it. And sorry, but I don't buy Affleck as Batman at all. I didn't when they announced him, I didn't in the brief bit of Suicide Squad, and I really didn't in what I saw of BvS =/

Uh...you cannot cheat on someone if you're not in a relationship with them. The dude is super confused about what cheating is. If he thinks she cheated because she was seeing other people while they were talking about maybe dating...that's not okay. That's weirdly possessive and shows a fundamental lack of understanding that the woman he wanted to date had autonomy. (sorry to butt in, I just saw this when replying to the other two messages I had here haha)

Same. I am glad they did a shower scene of him, but still, he isn't Batman. ... But he does need to re-create the scene from the recent Batman Damned comic. O-O

It was cut but then put into the dvd/blu ray release. Batman went nude. Like. Full on nude. We saw the official Batwang (and butt), highly shadowed but still. It got a good amount of press from it and DC is now going to censor it in future prints.

Oh - I just caught the end on one of the movie channels haha. OH! Okay, I did see that. Eh, I would rather see them pick a new Batman and then do that scene haha.

Listen, I am not a Ben fan, but I am a big fan of his nude scenes. Only because he's packing something fierce. All future Batmans need to do that scene.

That's basically the reaction I had when my friend told me about it but apparently there were people in that discord conversation who also believed it was possible, so I've been asking a bunch of people if they have any idea why anyone would think so.

The Uber guy who drove me home from Safeway and the dispensary said he thought it sounded like a case of some guy going on dates with this girl repeatedly without ever telling her that he wanted to get serious, and basically blaming her for not reading his mind.

Which is a total clusterfuck especially when you consider that when people go dutch and nobody treats, someone inviting you to go places with them can be very confusing as to whether it is a date or not if nobody expresses actual romantic or sexual interest.

At best, the Uber driver is right. Like, the best situation is that he thought she could infer that they were dating based on going on some dates. But man oh man, even that is wildly creepy thought behavior from the dude.

And yeah, people need to be clear. It's so easy to misinterpret things when you're not like "hey, I want to go out with you on a date." Asking folks to hang out and splitting the bill (which is fine even if it is a date) doesn't really scream date to me. Like, agreeing to a date and also going dutch is perfectly okay, but you still need to be clear that you A. want a date and B. want to be exclusive. If you aren't clear...that's not really on the other person.

At some point I shall find it xD
