I can't even imagine keeping a zombie skin on for that long - I find most of them hard to work with. I love skeletons and anatomy, I can't even wear Blistered Hearts for too long.

So that's why we're hard to find.

Back when I was a long-term zombie, I covered up with the liquid latex (and trimming my edges with whiteout) if I wanted to look human, but that's when I really started playing with the cut-out homebrew "skins" and of course now you can just shove your base down behind a background.

Sometime between the release of skins and infections being folded in, I was covering up my infection with a blackout disguise based on the Dark Matter skin...Private Outfit

- I have a few avatars that had old cover-up items on them, but most of those didn't exist in our first year, so it was figure it out or bust! At least the original strands for the most part still had normal anatomy, no flower faces, or strange spikes/pustules sticking off the main avatar form. I haven't participated in a while, but I used to be pat of Daily Item cult, building a new HA every day with a different item, I loved showing off my zombie skin :D I'm out of the habit of making avatars now though, I change it like once every 2-3 months maybe. I don't know what all I have in my wardrobe anymore, it's too huge.

I'm still interested, I just don't have the time anymore :( Sifting through over 16k items to find the 20-30 that you actually want to wear takes too much time OTL. And I used to save them every day and catalogue them. I miss university! lol. Adulting sucks!

I miss university too. I have loans and trying to find a job in my field to worry about. I always knew they would be a problem but they seemed do far away in university.

Already antsy for Bonfire Night II Fireside! I've got all the chiz I didn't get around to incinerating last year out of the vault and hanging about my inventory... My fingers are crossed for a couple new mostly-unburned books to read, but the bonfire is always good for the old collections, too... and about a skrillex wearables. Any new bonfire items you lot are hoping for?

I looooooove Fireside! I'm slightly obsessed with dragon (rreign) items, so I love all the floating items as well as the autumn themed wearables.

I still need some of the old stuff too. We shall see!

At any rate, here's hoping that it'll start feeling more like autumn again with Fireside coming around. We got snowflakes today. It still looks like fall, since a lot of trees have turned colour and the leaves are falling, but it got really cold really fast. Of course, that's Canadian weather for you though. It doesn't know what the heck it wants to do.
