I decided to be reckless and tackle town laughs I got a couple of freebies (the cake and a bar of chocolate), and dad treated me to a coffee for the way home ;) He isn't scared of the sound, but he just doesn't seem too fussed about it :P He likes anything white too (even a tissue), although ironically given his colouring, he's not overly keen on yellow! :P

What's the background(s) you've used to make that look like graffiti? wishlists the cape to remind me to keep an eye on BHH I've been working on a jacket (just got one final bit to stitch on that) using some linen I got as a product testing thing (they supply the fabric, then I make something and write a blog post for them about it), and I'm thinking of sewing a skirt and possibly a pair of shorts from the same fabric ;)

Long day today as well. :) Yesterday we moved everything over. and did some sorting. :) today we went to Ikea and bought tons of furniture, been assembling them all day after we got home. lol Tomorrow is getting the last furniture ready and I am gonna do the last cleaning in my old flat. Knackered here.. but happy to in my new place. :)

This morning I woke up feeling kind of ok but the fever persisted - I really think it is the flu. I had a neurology appt today (coincidentally) and he confirmed that when migraine sufferers also have a virus/are sick they tend to have more severe migraines and are triggered into having a migraine more easily. I had a suspicion that was what was happening to me but didn't know for sure; now I know. lol I share it with you because I figure you might find it also intriguing and maybe beneficial knowledge? Outside of that things are ok for being sick, you know? My neurologist tried to give me a new different med to try in the hopes for less side effects but I am allergic to an ingredient so I cannot try it (found out later at the pharmacy). shrug It just means I have to stay on my med which gives me only a couple negative side effects but one is kind of severe (for me), though not life threatening.

And today's outfit looks really great too - I love the way you've toned down the pink with that dark lace :D nods I just need to try on the jacket and make sure the decorative waist band is straight before I hand stitch it to the back seam ;) I'm going to try a rough version of the shorts today (hopefully), to see if that pattern works, then maybe next week have a go with the 'proper' fabric for the skirt and shorts to see if I can add that into my product testing thing as well ;) All it'll need then, is a lot of photos and a blog post written laughs

Sorn looks amazing! Yea, I thought it was super interesting. I was telling my dr about it, and my hypothesis and he chuckled and said that it was true. He said its actually really common among migraine sufferers! How crazy-cool-horrible though, right? lol hugs I am sorry about the migraine. :/ They are lame mutations - they should not be here.

Thank you I saw witchy use the lace tights in a manner similar to this (only she created a cool white diamond patterned look) back maybe a year ago so I decided to give it a try with the pink. It actually worked perfectly to bring the pink into the grey family, which surprised me beyond pleasure.

If you fail to produce a good quality item or the blog post do they charge you for the fabric or something? What is the punishment for failure on your end to produce, in other words?

They don't mind if it's a bit delayed (you get 6 weeks, but my first one was delayed quite a bit), as long as you produce something with at least 6 photos. I think if you don't achieve it, you just get blacklisted from any future opportunities ;)

I got the rough version of the shorts done.... I just need to get photos done of them and the skirt so I can figure out what alterations (if any) I need to do, before using the decent fabric for them ;)
