Probably not to be honest - I don't think there's much chance of unpicking it to get the zip out.... but it didn't use much fabric, so it'd be easier to just make a new one from scratch ;)

I thought I might be able to loosen the zip up enough for it to run smoothly (not counting where it gets caught in the wallet dividers of course) by running a pencil over the zipper teeth.... but that didn't work. It still opens, but not easily enough for it to be used on a regular basis.

:D It came out a lot better than any of the bears I've tried making lately - maybe I just needed to have a change and make some birds instead laughs It's still shedding loose bits of fur at the moment, but hopefully if I give it a shake outdoors tomorrow (when it isn't raining) that'll help any other bits to come off so it doesn't stick to the sofa :P

hehe when the fur arrives, it shed more than Sparky when he's moulting :P They said to shake it outside to start with, but I'd hoped that just brushing it gently against the pile before I cut it out, might have got rid of all the loose pieces 😊 I've got some more blue faux fur with purple stars, some white with black splotches, and somewhere I also have a really sleek feeling pale brown, but I'm saving that for a pattern I know works, as I want that to end up being a decent plushie at the end ;) So I should have plenty to play around with a few more birds laughs
