at least you should be able to use up a lot of oddments with things like that - it sounds a smidge easier than trying to use up odd-shaped fabric scraps :P nods any denim I buy needs to have a bit of stretch at least - that's so much more comfy, but also a lot more forgiving if the size isn't 100% accurate for any reason when I make them! 😊

Like a ton of apartment buildings here, this is a housing cooperative. So we have a board and meetings. :) I voluteered to be a substitute member- I believe its called? Its hard to explain these things in english. lol Not sure how its done where you live and what stuff if called in english. :P

Basically the board takes care of the finances and making sure that maintenance work is taken care of for the building(s). :) I do get paid for it. Not a huge amount, but still. lol Should not be too much work since I am only a sub. :)

I have made one, but if I use the sewing machine's extension table, then the mat isn't quite big enough front to back, so the extension's feet sit straight on the table :P
