I love both of your avatars - you look very cool! It's awesome that you both used the new foreground item but they turned out so different! I was trying to use that new moon item and a wig I won in a raffle. I think it turned out pretty well. I have to change though to something more Christmasy-Lumi soon though, since I never wear festive colors at all all year.

that's how they make the fabric, so I've bought it that way (or at least I will have bought it once the preorder comes in laughs). It'll have rainclouds appear on it when it's wet - I really wanted the one with dandelions, but that one wasn't popular enough to make the preorder :K

we had the painters out, and I had to flee since the fumes were bothering me. I went and got a hair cut, bought some presents and when I came home, I set up the new 20 gallon tank, stripped nautica's old tank down and put her in new one, finished at 8.30pm. I'm now in so much pain it's not funny. I wanna cry. -sighs-

When you are in that much pain you should cry, just let yourself because it might help you. For some reason when I am in the worst bout of migraine and or body pain and thinking I am going to die of pain, if i just let a tear escape it somehow just makes me feel a tiny bit better. IDK how or why, maybe it is just me. I am sorry you are and were in such pain, it is the worst to be in pain all the time. :( tight hugs

In fact today I have to make some phone calls because I am fairly certain a couple packaged that my mom and I had exchanged/ordered got lost in the bustle of black friday.

Yes, it's got my sigy on it cause I plan to print it on my recipe book etc.... lol I also have a recipe if you want it, just let me know. Oh, if you like thin mint girl scout cookies I also have made those this morning and they are so good. It's one of my favorite mint-cookie-recipes to make. I have that recipe I can share too if you want.

Nah, I’m not gonna be crying. I was close but I managed. I’m still in pain but things needa get done so plugging along :) it’s all good. Yes, I’m very happy she’s done and honestly she seems much happier in the larger tank :) Ooh those look very yummy!

Ok two things 1: AMAZING job on postcard. How on earth did you get some of those BG so big? Especially if you have it bigger - the foggy mountain one, could you share that one with me? I am shocked by the coding magic and how amazing that is! I love it! <3 I think it could be cute to have the BG some faded postage stamps, or those stamps they put on postage when they send it - something light not dark though.

And Two: Your HA is amazing, love that layering a lot!!

Girl scout Thin Mint cookies are like this: A thin crispy chocolate cookie (like an oreo bottom) and a rich minty layer (like a york peppermint pattie), all of this coated in a thin layer of dark chocolate. It is divine. I make it in shapes like hearts, stars, gingerbread men, etc.

I got the backgrounds from Tumblr - the artist posted the larger working size versions the other day laughs and goes to find the link ...that was easier to find than I'd thought - link :D The animation code was a lucky find on a coding website, with some fiddling around to get the writing to be in two columns on the back ;)

Well if you want the recipe I can send that one too for the thin mint cookies. Though not everyone loves mint. You can use any flavoring for the center, if you like it in oil or extract form. The flavoring come from peppermint oil (or extract if you don't have oil, though then I'd have to alter the recipe for you if using extract not oil). They sell edible oils here in a variety of flavors that you can use for the middle cream layer like: Raspberry, Coconut, Orange, Strawberry, Almond, Cinnamon, and a variety of others. The one I want to try one day is raspberry, because dark chocolate and raspberry are my favorite. I am not a huge sweet-tooth person so I hardly make treats for me, usually I make them for other people. I have other raspberry and dark chocolate recipes though, like molten cakes etc, that I use for myself... Oh, how I love ganache with raspberry coulis on chocolate cake. ponders its greatness

Alright I'll send ti over as soon as I get back to my projector. I have to run for a bit. ^^ I have to go make a batch of caramel to give to my moms friends real fast since we ran out. We have been putting it in jars and giving it away with plates of goodies. It's something we do in my family, bake treats for people on holidays or for special occasions. In fact one of my doctors whom I visit about every 6 weeks now (my jaw joint replacement surgeon) I give baked goods to - but he is a special exception. (for me because he took such excellent care for me and stood up for me while i was in that medically induced coma for 4 days to other drs). Normally we don't give to doctors and such because they don't usually welcome it. lol :P
