So true! They’re so cute and sweet at those ages(well mostly). I love playing with them and interacting with them, watching them grow. Working with little kids can be so much fun, most of the time.

- Survival is fine. However, my virus seems to be stuck and not progressing. I already know about the original problem and I do have a ticket out, but I started again yesterday and still seem to be stuck so I'll just have to wait and see what can be done about it when my ticket is responded to again. Meanwhile it's not a big problem since I'm not a big skin or wardrobe user and already have pretty much all the skins I want from previous years. I'm mostly just trying to participate. Still, it would be nice to be unstuck - even if I just need to start over again. :-) Are you working on a virus - or avoiding them all?

What strain did you end up getting? Did you get a newer strain or an older one? I’m currently infected with the Muerte Fuerte strain (Fortitude) but I will be trying for a few older strains soon!

- I don't know what strain I have since my HA is not showing any signs of a virus. I'll have to wait until things are somehow resolved to find out - or start over. :-)

That's very frustrating! I became infected with mine roughly 2 hours after the start of the event. I chose to get a random infection for 25k and so far can't complain with how mine is progressing. It' not my favorite strain but it's still awesome!

- I am apparently still stuck, so it is starting to get a bit frustrating. Oh well - hopefully someone will get back to me again today. Glad your virus is progressing well. You can always get your favorite strain next. :-)

I know when it first started my strain was gone the next day and I had to start over, but being stuck has to stink. Takes a little bit of the fun out of it. :( Hope you can get it all worked out

Did you file a ticket? Maybe a staff member can help sort throngs out. A lot of people have had issues with their viruses this year. Looks like you have the same strain I do! Hopefully it will start to progress soon!

- Yay! I'm finally infected with a virus. Turns out I'm just dumb - I picked the free - I'll take anything virus but wasn't getting bites. Apparently you HAVE to be bitten for that to work. (I thought I remembered it working differently last year - the wait was longer than if you were bitten, but you still started a virus eventually - apparently that's not the case.) Anyway, all is now fixed and I"m very happy to be enjoying Survival with everyone else.

How about you - how are you enjoying Survival so far this year? What do you think of the new viruses? And is anyone looking forward to the battle challengers showing up?

I’m a mummy now yay :D Can’t wait to see the final stage for it ^^ I don’t know what strain I want after this one, the bird one is cool but the beak bursting out of the flesh is so icky lol xP

- I think I'm looking forward to having them show up and seeing how far I can get with them, although I can't remember how I did last time.

- don't forget you also have the option to get an older strain. If you choose the free option and then go to the biting thread (or threads) on the Survival forum, you can usually get any skin you really want (if there is one).

I really like the song/bird one and I really like the last stage of the one you have. I might just get the mummy one and be done for the year. I have a ton of the old ones, so if you want this one or one of the older ones and I have it I can bite the crap out of you :P haha

Well I am sure you'll kick some butt compare to last year. That is so much fun when you have a growing pet. Getting to beat opps you couldn;t before!

- I guess it can be a hard choice but if you get one or two each Survival, eventually you'll have all the ones you really want (unless, of course, you want everything, then it's impossible to keep up/catch up - but at least you'll be able to have your favorites LOL). I'm more a flower person than a zombie fan, so I did manage to collect most of what I had an interest in (mostly, for me, the less "gross-looking" skins). Oh you can always just choose the free option and go to the forums for random bites. If you are worried you'll get something you already have, a list of what you don't want in your post and/or signature is usually respected. In any case, deciding which virus to get is half the fun. :-)

- I'm hoping it works that way. I have both growing pets and better weapons - and lots of friends who are willing to loan me anything special I might need to do well (I am a very lucky battler to have made so many good battle friends since I started battling more seriously - they encourage me to push and try to see what I can accomplish and then support me to help me get it done and cheer for me afterwards - and in between they try to keep me doing my BQs :-) ).

I have found so many wonderful people here on Subeta. Including this group - and I really love spending time with you all.
