Basically working a whole day and two hours of drive time make it like I never had the day off lol, oh well, enjoyed my break and not having co-workers here made today pretty chill XD

Hangovers were the least of my problems on New Years, but one of the reasons for that was cause I had almost nothing to drink. Yay! Stingy me strikes again!

Hopefully all of 2018 gets better for all of us! I hear some people are havin' a good time, but it can always improve!

My new years resolution is to find more friends and get a programming job, one of which I am doing right now!

I gave up soda a few years ago. I found that flavored seltzer water really helped. The diet sodas, even the more natural ones like Zevia had such a chemically aftertaste.

I only drink diet soda anyways lol!

Good luck with your first day back at work!! I know tax season can be crazy. I don't remember last year's New Year event very well, but I think I'm getting an OK amount of tokens via quests. But I'm not sure if it'll be enough to get everything I need. Hm. I hope you get a chance to earn more tokens!

I hope you get something great from the FS soon. I got a 100 CSC gift card last night after getting a lot of small, cheap items. The animal sweaters are adorable! It's cool that Subeta notices trends in CWs and makes similar affordable items. I need a ton of tokens, too. They seem to be a more expensive currency. I wonder how cheap they'll get before the end of the event...

Everyone loves the animal sweaters! I think they're super cute, but I probably won't use them much myself because I find it hard to use items that alter the hands/arms and take up a lot of avatar space. I'm excited to see what you do with the red one! It's my favorite of the sweaters. I really like all the black & gold items, that's one of my favorite color schemes for avatars. Do you collect stickers, beanbags, and plushies? I haven't really bothered with them, unless there's an achievement I want. Aw, I hope you get something great from the Free Shop!!

Flavored sparkling/seltzer water is the best and whoo boy is it cheaper AND healthier as long as you avoid the fake sweeteners. The diet soda here has stuff to give you can give you cancer, I wasn't aware that natural diet soda was a thing. Ya live, ya learn.

Nice 100 CSC card! I agree that the animal sweaters are awesome, it just sucks that the tokens come from questing, questing is my least favorite thing to do on this site D: but I will trudge on! For they are so cute! I think all of us could use some luck with the FS, I haven't gotten much good either, but from the looks of it that seems to be everyones case. Haha, yeah, I have a bunch of things I can get whenever I grab some CSC so it goes quickly. There's a name clearing on Thursday that I'm hoping to get, but I'm betting a few people might be after it, so I'm saving some of my CSC until then.

The natural ones I know are sweetened with stevia and they are expensive. They're better health-wise than aspartame or sucralose/splenda...but they still have that strong aftertaste that stops me from spending the extra money on them.

It's super cute! Very cozy. :3 I love that hair but don't use it enough.
