I've never had carrot casserole. I'll have to try it! My family sometimes does an English trifle that's a family recipe.

My favorites include... -sugar cookies! (I have a recipe somewhere that i've been using for years) with sprinkles AND icing! -vegan turkey roast (tofurky) and vegan gravy. mmmmmm. -vanilla coke. I always associate it with winter for some reason

Pork roast.

Get crock pot. Insert pork loin, pearl onions (most important) and "stew mix" frozen veggies. Cook overnight.

My All time favorite holiday food is deviled eggs!

My uncle always makes various kinds of fudge for the family Christmas Eve dinner. It's pretty much the only time of the year I actually get to eat fudge and I always stuff down way too much lol. The peanut butter flavor is especially addictive :d

Also, in more recent years, my dad has started making this baked bean casserole for family holiday dinners that is just EPIC. Everyone always wants to take some of it home to eat the next day.

It's not the holidays without my mom making latkes, applesauce, and Hanukkah cookies! We make sugar cookies in different shapes (Star of David, menorah, dreidel) and then decorate them with lots of fun sprinkles. This year I made my own latkes and applesauce for my friends at school but it wasn't quite the same without the cookies!
