Just found this thread and, for what it's worth, I enjoyed the new information about Darkheart Phantom and Melody and that it was related to the new battler challenger (even though I don't have that challenger myself). But I have to agree that the text was a bit long for a visit to Melody's Cottage. And, after reading this thread and revisiting the previous information about Darkheart Phantom from the Subetapedia, I understand that the article is old and new lore is great , but it has to follow in some reasonable way from the old (it's not okay to just throw the old story away because then why would I be interested in any new story given that it also could be just tossed one day) and I find it difficult to imagine any sort of reasonable transition from the Subetapedia article to the Melody Cottage lore (not totally impossible - just to be clear). All in all though I think I'm looking forward to learning more and seeing how the article and the new text get tied together. And I really appreciate that new lore is being added to the site.

Also totally amused at the comment about letting the battlers win. Just thinking about their reaction to that is making me smile. :-)

Have you and the other battlers paid attention to the battle text when you battle Frystgaard? I didn't pay attention at first, but after Darkheart Day I battled him again and read it and it's hilariously consistent (foreshadowing?) with the "letting battlers win" thing.

I haven't seen the battle text for Frystgaard because I don't have him unlocked. But now I'm going to have to find out what it says. I don't know about whether the other battlers have seen the text - between all the extra battling due to the reset and this being an extra busy month - but I'm sure that they will start reading it once they know it's related to the new lore.
