if i dont go to starbucks for a caramel macchiato, i usually just use a keurig cup and add dairy free creamer to it. i used to love the international delights cold stone creamery cream but they discontinued it :(
honestly it's a bit different every time. i'm always switching between hot or cold coffee, more or less creamer, flavoured or unflavoured, etc. lately for the sake of time saving and getting the most caffeine for my bucks, i've been drinking a pre-made cold-brew from a brand called STōK. i fill my tumbler or a tall glass with a straw full of ice cubes, pour the coffee over it 'til it's about 95% full, and top it up with international delight creamer - for a while it was the limited edition s'mores creamer, usually it's the hazelnut one, but i just picked up the seasonal maple latte creamer today. that all said, i'm taking a trip to my favourite shop in the city tomorrow that roasts their own beans everyday to pick up a fresh bag for my french press, since the chilly seasons are arriving i'll be drinking it hot more often.
instant coffee with peppermint mocha creamer ^_^
I'm not a coffee drinker. But if I do it's always got to be a latte (whether it's from a coffee shop or a Keurig cup) or ice cream, because I cannot stand how bitter coffee is.

I don't because I'm allergic :( Tea all day, though!
usually with flavored creamer, and then i don't really need sugar because those are already sweetened lol
If I’m making coffee at home it’s French press with a splash of whatever creamer we have on hand, and some sugar
If at a coffee shop, then an oat milk mocha (usually with cinnamon or peppermint but I also love a peanut butter mocha)

I have to have chocolate in my coffee, so I tend to prefer Mochas with oat milk
For me it totally depends on the coffee. I can drink black coffee if it's a really good, well-brewed coffee, but those are rare and would take a bit too much effort to make at home.
When I'd have a brewed coffee back at home in the USA, I'd use a packet of artificial sweetener and some coffee creamer. I loved trying new flavors. Peppermint mocha was my fave.
Since moving to the UK, I was horrified to discover that instant coffee is the norm here. It's terrible. And they don't have coffee creamer here!! Bizarre. Thankfully my girlfriend got us a little espresso machine, so my preference is to brew myself up an iced latte and add some syrup to it, depending on what flavours I've got on hand.

at starbucks the psccb aka the pumpkin spice creamy cold brew has been my jam this month no adjustments.
With almond milk and honey - I essentially do not want to taste the coffee at all :p
With sugar free Italian sweet cream creamer. It's so good. I have to do sugar free though, I'm diabetic.
I usually take my coffee iced with oat milk when I'm out. If I'm at a coffee shop that charges extra for oat milk, 9 times out of 10 I get whole milk/half and half instead because I'm cheap and don't always want to pay the extra 75¢ lol. When I make my coffee at home - I take it hot with either oat milk or flavored creamer.
If it's instant coffee, I can just add milk and no sweetener. If it's espresso, I have it made entirely with a milk base! I've never had a drip coffee that I liked. 😅
I can't do black coffee. If it's good coffee I don't need sweetener, just some milk/cream/non-dairy substitute (I'm not picky, but I'd prefer not almond milk, I love soy lattes the most,) but I prefer it sweet anyway.
As for brewing methods, I'm down for anything. Cold brew, pour-over, espresso drinks are great! French press is alright, I use mine a lot because it's so convenient. Automatic drip coffee is usually not great but I'll still drink it, as long as it's fresh and not Maxwell House. I think Keurigs and things like that are pretty silly outside of an office environment, but again I won't turn it down if someone offers. I just like coffee a lot!
