Oh wow, my MM is so active today. I love when this happens, so that we can gift bomb back and forth!

I've sent three through the gift center so all will be wishlist, got one back and nothing since...

I'm gonna keep sending anyway. Tis the season etc..

I know they don't actually know but sometimes it seems like it. I didn't know the gift center worked that way. I always thought it was just random. I wonder what happens if there's nothing on that person's WL or nothing close to the amount you put.

I don't think they did that, though, because they sent the item with a note. And as far as I can tell there's no way to send a note when using the gift center. So it really was a coincidence.

n_n my MM's been gone the whole day. i had the feeling they'd be great though! Q_Q i've been sending them smol things over the day anticipating that they'll be off doing irl things and sleeping lmao. off for the night now tho, idk if i'll manage to catch them again tomorrow morning (i live super weirdly subeta-time bah), but man. fingers crossed.

still. bah. i'll be a lil disappointed if they've really gone and disappeared on me =/ tbh more disappointed in myself. maybe i should set an alarm tomorrow so i have enough time to catch them if they come back xD

I have to admit after 6 years I didn't even know what MM was until I clicked on it more or less by mistake yesterday... I'm glad I didn't really prepare for it. Sent a nice item and got a single junk one back. Won't be doing it again...

I like MM but I'm stressed. I don't have a lot of SP and when the MM starts giving me 1m + items I don't want them to think I'm ungrateful or a jerk when I give cheaper stuff in return. I ty to give stuff that's versatile like subq invitations But it worries me that a lot of people are getting cheaper stuff in return and are hurt by it. I don't feel like I should keep doing MM bc I don't want to disappoint someone who put a lot of sp into it

Based on people's reactions from this board, really the only thing you can do wrong is not respond at all. Some people have lots of money to spend on gifting, and others don't, but one way or the other it's a wonderful gesture to send someone something!! Currency is a really good one, because they can either use them, or sell them for a chunk of change if they don't want them. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just try to have fun!!

On an unrelated note, I should have been writing down what I'm giving, but this is my first year so I didn't think to. I have doubles of some items and I worry that I've already sent them to my MM, LOL

There will always be that one guy. So long as you plan on being active, participate. For instance, today I got paired with somebody that I can clearly tell doesn't have a lot of money or valuable items. This matters not to me, because they have been pretty active. Thus, I have gift bombed the heck out of them. It's actually more difficult for me when I'm paired with somebody with my caliber of items and resources. Because than I have to compete with like 20mil+ non stop gift bombs and that gets so stressful because I gotta dig deep in the pit that is my wardrobe. If you don't have alot of sp, just put thought into the gifts, like theme the gifts.

my dude, I can't speak for anyone but myself, but it's my actual joy to sugarmomma the heck out of my MM getting small things, like cheap but themed items, and an occasional useful thing like SBQ or tokens, just let me know I'm appreciated.

I do worry that I'm overwhelming, to the kiddos I get, but this is basically what I save up for when I'm active.
