I just wanted to let you know that for some reason, I am not getting your group pings, even though I am part of the new group. =( I am not sure why? 2:10 pm PST / 5:10 pm EST: ambition is in the icu ( or something similar) and my parents have seen her. She looks very swollen (of course) but she is doing really well. The dr did a CT scan, and being a perfectionist, he sees things he needs to fix up. She is currently sedated and intubated while she waits for her last surgery on Sunday morning. So keep thinking of her and sending prayers her way! Hugs guys, and thank you!! I'll post more updates if there are any before Sunday.

Ambition went into surgery again this morning around 8:00am PST. Her Doctor is finishing up something and hopes to have her done in about 4 hours. He hopes she can go home Monday, assuming she can do a few basic tasks without (much) assistance. <3

2:20 pm PST / 5:20 EST : She has been out of surgery for about 2 hours. She is in the ICU with my mom and dad now working towards recovery. <3

So glad to hear that! Does the Dr. expect her to be in a lot of pain from having to go back in and fix things? I hope it's not too bad :(

- It wasn't fixing as much as perfecting from what I hear lol. He knew she would be happier with this fix than leaving it. So I don't think any extra pain, but this surgery was very long, the first one that is. She was under anesthesia for like more than 18 hours I think it ended up being. She will be in a lot of pain, but she will have good pain meds until she starts to heal a bit and can taper them off. <3

I am so glad that her surgery went well and that she is on her way to recovery. <3 I really hope that she gets better quickly, I can imagine that it will take a while with a major surgery like that. =X

- Angela is still at the hospital, and her recovery is slow. I don't think she or my mom slept at all last night because the morphine she is on was making her hallucinate. So I am not sure when but they are taking her off of it, probably have been for a while. I am hopeful if she gets on other pain meds she can relax and sleep more so she can do the checklist of stuff you have to do to come home. As soon as she is home she will do so much better. She is not a fan of hospitals! But, who is? <3 Hugs, thanks for checking on her you all!

EDIT: 1:55 PST / 4:55 EST: If anyone reading this would please pray or whatever you feel you can do for my sister, she is not doing very well. She is reacting poorly to medication and not waking up very well. I would appreciate it, and my family would. Thank you <3

thanks everyone! I think she is improving, we're changing her pain meds so she doesn't hallucinate as much or at all. She just has a lot of allergies so it's hard for pain management.

So Angela is home now, we came home late last night. She said to tell you all thanks so much, and that she is still hallucinating (it's not as bad) so she can't come on the computer or subeta yet. I'll update again later. Hugs!

I'm so glad that she is home now! I bet she is happy to be out of the hospital, I know I would be. I hope that she starts feeling better soon, but also that she takes as much time as she needs to recover. <3 We will all be thrilled to see her whenever she feels ready to be back on Subeta. :D
