I made a lot of handmade/written christmascards and I baked cookies to gift along at work/college.
(We don't do gifts for christmas at home)
No real money to gift people and anyway I have no one except my hubby to gift
a lovely glass pyramid shelf for my friend's crystals!
Family can be so hard.
My husband asked for a Kindle, so I have bought him one of those, will also buy an Amazon gift voucher to buy some books with. He's got a couple of gift sets also ie. beer sets. ;)
Rest of the family, well - kids all have their toys and books etc.
I bought a beautiful yankee candle gift set for my mum - like, it set me back £75. Then she dropped into a conversation about how much she hated candles...

I'm not very wealthy in real life but I do try to gift atleast the people who take the effort to gift me. I do believe I'm going to bake some very simple cookies and make a DIY packaging to go with it. It might be simple but I'm sure some people will really appreciate the gesture.
I got my daughter a special Pokemon "Christmas" plushie ...she is gonna love it!!
I buy my dog gifts too because he simply adores Christmas. He gets excited watching people open their gifts. I wrapped them while he was in the backyard and put him under the tree. But the little rascal just knew these particular gifts were for him because he started to scratch at the gifts specifically for him. I told him he had to wait like everyone else, lol.
He's a toy destroyer, so I bought him some Nylabone toys (which he adores) and special dog treats. However, he has one particular plush toy that he refuses to rip apart so I bought him a replacement one of those, since his original one got caught on something and ripped when he was playing with it.
