Thank you! Good to see you both! I'm going to try and make an effort to be more social this term instead of just earning points! I've been sooo busy lately, but I will have hopefully have more time this term! My new job is settling down and my wedding is over, so I should have more time for Subeta!
Hope everyone is doing well! :)

I'm in Canada, so we had Thanksgiving last month. We had reading week last week, though, so that was cool, and I graduate in the middle of December, so after that I get a couple of years of freedom (from school, anyway) before I go back to do my masters. :D
I find being social makes earning the points more fun. Congratulations on getting married and a new job! Sounds like it's been a very busy year. :o
Fellow Canadian! Whereabouts are you?

I'm in Canada's Texas Alberta. Good ol' Edmonton. :) What about you?
Congrats on the new job and wedding!
Congrats on the impending graduation!
Ravenclaws are doing big things irl. 😊

Thank you!
Just have to survive one last round of finals haha.
Ravenclaws are the dreamers of dreams! We don't do anything half-cocked. :D
Welcome back! My week's pretty good - how is yours going?
Population-dense Ontario for me! Niagara Falls. :)

(<-----This is going to be me today)
Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate! c:Thanks! I'm hoping to work more on my Wizarding pets when things settle down a bit here. I really need to update Beth's student roster entry. I think the last time I updated it was during the Second or Third Term. 😳
Do you consider yourself an evenly split Ravenclaw/Slytherin or do you think you're more of one house than another?
Thanks for the welcome! c: Do you consider yourself a Ravenpuff? A Gryffinclaw (a mix of Keet and Rain)?
Thanks for the second gift!
How do you have time for NaNoWriMo? Do you have a word count goal? c: My last finals were the hardest for me to study for. All I could think about was graduating and not having to be a student (at least for a long while).
Welcome back! Congratulations on your wedding and new job! :D 2017 has been an exciting year for you.
Lucky! I envy you. I'd love to go visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I bought myself a Hedwig backpack when I visited the park four years ago. Was this your first visit to the park?
Besides my laptop refusing to work properly (it's freezes on the loading screen), my week has been pretty good. I hope your week has been lovely. c:
Happy Thanksgiving! :D I consider myself a Ravenpuff, yes. =) It is pretty close to an even split. I have taken a bunch of house quizzes, and Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are usually an almost perfectly even split. Pottemore sorted me as a Ravenclaw, and I have always felt a little more in touch with my Ravenclaw side. ;) Keet is basically me, Rain has some of my traits but in many ways she is my opposite. xD She is more outgoing, adventurous, and not as afraid to take risks. ;)
That's awesome! My GF () grew up in Thunder Bay!
I honestly don't know how I have time. All I ever do is go to class, go to work, and write, and somehow I've managed to keep my grades up. It's a miracle.
My goal is 50k, and I'm currently just below 40k, so I think I might actually make it! I'll be writing most of this evening after I finish a paper for one of my classes first. :)
I can 100% understand the struggle to get through the last round of finals. I'm kind of feeling that way right now. Finals start in a couple of weeks and I'm so not prepared, but I just want to be DONE.
That was me, about five weeks ago! Canadians like to have proper spacing between their holidays, or something like that. ;)
I think I'm more of a devious Ravenclaw, so more Ravenclaw than Slytherin but maybe about 60/40.
My cousin lived in Thunder Bay for her undergrad at Lakehead. It was such a long drive, but I kind of wish I'd made it at some point. I feel like the scenery would be pretty nice.

I visited TB once, and the city itself I didn't find to be anything special, but some of the scenery surrounding it really was gorgeous. Especially the drive out to Sibley provincial park. <3
If you want scenery, though, you need to come see the Rockies here!!
Going through the mountains on the Rocky Mountaineer is kind of on my bucket list. <3

OMG yes. I actually looked it up recently to see what the prices were like, thinking it would be a nice graduation present for myself and my GF. Needless to say we could go somewhere tropical for two weeks like 5 times over for the same price as one trip on the Mountaineer, and that's with the lowest priced package. It's insane.
But one day.... :D
I know. :( That's why it's bucket list, not on the been there done that list. D:
That and a Disney Alaskan cruise. :D

I am very happy I was able to participate in every challenge so far! And they were fun! I am still busy at home with my new kitten Malu settling in yet the other cats like him more every day.

Great work with the participation! Definitely glad to hear you're enjoying them too. :) My favourite are the puzzle type challenges. :D
What kind of kitten is Malu? Does he like to play more than the other cats do?
