They do charge to vend. And that could be it. Although I did overhear a vendor saying there were quite a few no shows. I know they make you have a Virginia Tax ID even if you aren't a business in Virginia. City of Waynesboro no longer provides vendors with a temporary one. They used to though.

I'm alive... That's about all I can say. Battling severe anxiety to the point where I rarely leave the house. Went to pumpkin patch with 3 of the 4 kids yesterday on a school field trip. Well...everyone that vends at the Fall Foliage Festival has high prices on everything. They are actual artists. Apple Days which was last weekend has the crafters. I have a Bug climbing me. XD It's random. She randomly does it...now she's rubbing up against my face. She's so adorable!
