well, i have i don't have shriek of despair (haven't gotten up that high to be able to battle to get it)
, yah. the BQ's do help learn
I'm slowly working on getting all opponents up to 25 wins, but its taking time haha. It's been nice though 'cause half of the opponents I've forgot about and its like fighting them from new all over again!
This is a great freezing scroll, its cheap, low AP, blocks 75 fire + has like 30% chance to freeze Downside being its once per battle, but you can load up on these!
Mhmm, I use my DDS a lot more often than I do my helmet too! I feel like my parched blessing always activates on my weapons so who needs it, eh? :P
- my parched blessing don't always activate - especially when I really NEED them to, but then most of my mods are parched tears rather than the parched baguettes you're probably using. :-) I do have some baguettes on my most used weapons.
By the way, I don't think Perilous Whirlpool has a 30 percent freezing chance, I think it's more like 10 - it's low chance of freezing, not medium.
I mod all my weps with 4 parched baguettes so thats probably why mine always activates! I only change them around when I'm fighting someone like Forj, Chase or the Mage 'cause stealing buggers.
Oh really? Is it really that low? Huh, I always thought it froze a decent amount, hmmm
Lol only got one item during the latest restock, hopefully things calm down a bit later in the week. I remember getting a few nice things last year, but it's probably just super crazy right now since it's basically still Day 1.
- it should get easier later on. One item per restock is actually good now. Sometimes you don''t get any things go so fast.
- that might be a little overkill. I wonder if you would do better to change out at least one of the four for a Critical Strike tear (after the Battle Shop reopens).
I'm pretty sure that I saw 10 percent somewhere. And it does freeze a decent amount and so does the Rapier of Error which is 10 percent. The UltimaPlus Tag actually seems to free a little more often than either of them. So does the Frostbite Amulet when I borrow one.
Stealing buggers are a pain. Especially when you have to replace parched mods with BoNAs and then buy all those parched mods again.
I've tried several combinations and I always go back to 4 parched lol. 5% isn't nearly good enough to warrant it :o 5 in 100 turns, I can't think of many opponents that last 100 times, only forj on lol
Besides I crit more often than not now anyway!
Kitty takes after her owner. Maleria can be very stingy too (but I still prefer her to Shinwa; let's guess who's the real stingy one here :P). I can't wait to find out what they've got in store for us :D.
I hope the shop will be open back soon. Luckily I bought all the boosters I need everyday so Hanson will still have his boosting in case some big opponents come along.
Yeah true! I got an Oracle quest while refreshing in the shop anyway, so bonus ~
Thank You for bringing me back my item! To thank you, here is a reward.
15 Point Wizard Token AND Your pet Carbonite gains 4 Speed! AND 2,998sP!
Lol I've got the speed curse now. xD
You Won! You have defeated Ice King 33 times! Swagga earned 30 EXP Points!
You Won! You have defeated Sophie 25 times! You won a(n) Impossible token to use in the battle shop! Swagga earned 50 EXP Points!
Sophie down!
Hmmm,..I think Witch is next!
Don't even get me started on Shinwa, 6 days in a row without a booster. Shes not even that pretty!
I think it's just a matter of style. We all do the same basic things, but we each have our own little style differences, our own favorite weapons and mods, or scrolls. Fortunately, there seem to be lots of different ways to accomplish the same thing.
Mhmm! I love how diverse the same setups can be!
, why don't we have 2P battling out of curiosity?
Maleria is always nicer to me than pesky shinwa!
Also you might know, is there a book list somewhere where I can check I haven't read and such?
- welcome back. I agree. I hope the Battle Shop opens again soon. I'm excited to find out what it will look like and what will be available in it.
- well, at least you got the Oracle quest - hopefully, you still needed that speed.
Subetalodge has a book list, you can create an account with them and then set up your pets and use the auto-add feature. I think you still have to go page by page through your pets' reading histories and copy/paste the source code for it to work. I did it for mine, but I only have the one pet that I read to. It only took a few minutes to copy and paste, but IDK if you'd want to do it for all of your pets.
I don't know of any easier list to check though, the other way would be to just go through each book on the list individually and see which pets have read it. That's probably worse.
Thanks! Should be helpful
I have found it pretty helpful! I keep it manually updated whenever I read a new book to my pet, and once you've got it set up you can go to the collection checklist page and view just the book one. It will show you which ones you've read and which ones you haven't, and there's an option to view only the ones you haven't read.
I know some people have suggested, I think, having places for the books and foods where we can see which ones we're missing (like we can for plushies and beanbags and all that). I don't know if it will be implemented, but until then the SL lists are pretty nice.
