good luck with your math final!

My son was doing great with math in middle school and even took Algebra and Geometry classes in 7th and 8th grades, but then in high school he got stuck in 10th grade with it and failed a few math classes, it seemed like the same one over and over kind of (at least all the topics were similar). I remember having trouble with the same math myself in high school (they called it "precalculus" back then). He did get an A in a high school virtual online version of the class but apparently that wasn't enough to test out of it for college so back he went and the first try at college failed again (well, a D, but they don't accept that for a required class there).

It isn't that he doesn't know it, he has some kind of mental block about it I guess... he knows it very well by now 😆

Anyway he kept at it and in his second attempt at college he finally passed it (and even got an A-)! Now I hope he can enjoy math again :D

lol nah, its not that hard. i know i will see them again xD my dads were the best, he would always climb into santas lap himself every year :D he would do it especially if someone had a little one who was afraid. kids love my dad.. he always will say hi to them.

That's so cute about your dad sitting on Santa's lap! :-) My dad was really a big kid too! Your stories about your dad make me think of mine. Every Christmas he would walk around outside the windows with a Santa head on a stick and try and fool us.

My dad was cheery too and people loved him! That's why when he punched that guy my brother and I freaked out so bad!! :-P And for a small guy that sat at a desk he was a handy man too. When you first told me about the things your dad built, or almost built, it made me think of my dad. :-)

i don't think my dad has hit anyone other then friendlies xD yes my dad is very handy, he has made some beautiful woodworks. he made me a chest for my 4H supplies and i now have all my 4H stuff stored in it. cannot wait for the day i can share it all with my kids :D my dad worked at the mill, he had to watched that no wood got stuck and then would have to push a button. xD

Yeah I did. I was in the ER til early hours of the morning. And I went to a new doc today and am waiting on xrays. My neck hurts bad cause I have whiplash, have at least a mild to moderate concussion, my elbow split open and my ankle is swollen up. The xrays are to see if I broke my wrist.

I am sure it is a lot of work! I also love those tea pot strands they are so beautiful!!

Oh man I am so sorry. How did it happen D: where they just driving crazy? -hugs- you are the second person on here I know that has been hit as a pedestrian by a car D: I hope its not broken :(

i hope it isn't too but time will tell. i have it wrapped right now so we will see. I was crossing the street with a walk light and the driver of the bus was trying to turn the corner on the red, and smacked me on the left side.
