yea, i spent over an hour going through their online help, saying no this didn't help until finally it said to download something that would reload it to the one my computer was linked too. haha my kids do have many like that yet and i only have a few i need to throw out as they are broken, everything else is good.. i did a bug clean out not to long ago of them all.

I tried the online help. With our HP warranty comes tech support but I guess she didn't notice that mine just expired. :-) She took remote control of my PC and fixed it. I tried to pay attention to all she did but it was more than a simple fix. I think because of all of the messing up I did trying to fix it. lol I got 4 bags of stuff out of her room! A lot of it was stuff I tried to get her to let go of a year ago. 👏

there is free coding programs where you can learn to do it. i never bothered to do it though, lol not enough time for sub xP
