I have no plans other than to relax and try not to aggravate the stupid divot the doctor carved in my foot when she took the biopsy. I'll probably read and watch a video and play Sims 4 and Archeage. Maybe do laundry, I have a couple loads queued up. Oops, I remembered one other plan, I'm going to make deviled eggs. I haven't made them in years but I got a craving for them yesterday.

I love dragons. I'm not sure I can totally get into the GAiken books, though, they look like they'd be fast reads if I skim over the porn parts :D Have you read the Memoirs of Lady Trent series by Marie Brennan? I've read the first two. I know I've read other books recently with dragons, not leaping to mind right away though. Ooh the Jo Walton one, what was that called... Tooth and Claw. Tooth and Claw is difficult but really cool. And there was a kids' series that's really fun, starts with Dealing with Dragons. And the last book was written first (Talking to Dragons) so you could start with that one instead possibly. But they're all entirely different from paranormal romance, I have to wrap my mind around paranormal romance where one of the romantic leads is a dragon. Or both. It's actually easier (for me) if both. The dragon/human dynamic seems less appealing to me than dragon/dragon somehow. Anyway sorry for rambling. I was trying to think of why I get anxious at the prospect of reading books with a lot of sex scenes and I figured out it's because sometimes they (sex scenes) include moments or phrasing or behaviors I find really off putting, and even though it's not likely, I can't help somehow mentally bracing myself for it, which makes me enjoy the book less even when it doesn't happen. Does that make sense?

YES! lol to tell you the truth i forgot about the sex parts!! LOL now a days, i skim over them also. but i figured it's because i'm OLD now. and it doesn't thrill me like it used to.

i've also found that it's hard for me to read the 3/4$ books, because they're almost all sex. and i'm like "eh. that would have been a good story, if there Had BEEN a story."

heh. the only used book store still around, is a religious one. (and i'm not into that) and yah. once i set myself up (need a new card, etc, because i'm now in a new area/county) then i'll be able to use my tablet to download books from the library.

hopefully i'll be able to get the man to take me, soon. i admit, if i had nagged enough, he would have already done it. but since i'm re-reading books that i already have, (shhhh, and buying new ones) then it hasn't gotten so bad for me, that i'm ready to cut him.

I had a lot of fun working with this one because dark green is my favorite color! I just started with the cat and went from there. xD I do wish the hats were a bit smaller.

I also try not to use only/mostly CW items. When I make spooky HAs, I tend to use less of them, which is nice. But like you said, if I paid for them, I definitely want to use them! Finding a balance is difficult, but not impossible. I'm loving the hair on your current HA! I almost bought it yesterday, but I wasn't sure how much I'd use it, and I've cut myself off from spending real money on here, so I'm even picker now haha
