Oh man yeah was just telling me she stopped eating cheese about 6 months ago. Maybe ask her about some alternatives. I don't know how to live without salt. I drink it, I eat it, I breathe it lol!!! Eventually it will probably be the death of me DXX don't have high sodium yet! lol

Enjoy it while you can!! i really miss nachos. lol i used to make "dog food" (that's what we always called it) in a crockpot (use one of those liners, cause it's a bitch to clean) block of velveeta (cut into cubes) jar of salsa pound of ground beef. (cooked. add a couple of jalapeno's if you like the heat)

put it all in the crockpot. melt. serve with scoops on the side. it's a great football munchies. (xmas. new years. lol whenever)

Yesterday was all about kidlet's birthday. I took her to a drugstore, so she could buy more lip balm, and I took her to get a Starbucks . She had white chocolate mocha. Like said I recently quit eating cheese and I really don't miss it. I put greek yogurt on everything and also use lots of spices, peppers and garlic. I feel so much better without it!! Was it you talking about ACV? I love it and use it for everything too!

well, she doesn't look like she's having this illness lol, she's still able to walk around the neighbourhood with us. The illness doesn't bring her fever and pain, only coughs, so she's still very happy and laughy xD lol. I don't know if I've told you guys this but when she went to get the checkup the doctor thinks it's strange that she doesn't have a fever or experience discomfort because she's supposed to feel all this. So if she did we wouldn't be too late :/ Thanks and aka SR lol hugs

my throats is swollen from a cold :( hard to swallow and talk :( was wanting to see a doctor and get some prescription but it's still better to rest and drink water at home What about you? Hopefully you're doing better than me lol
