I want to learn how to cake a cheesecake without it cracking!
I've always wanted to learn how to knit or embroider but I'd be too impatient for most of it to be honest.

Sewing and embroidery is next on my list of things to learn.
Eventually I'd like to work on bone jewelry. >_>
I want to learn pole dancing because it looks fun and is good exercise, but also wood carving
I'm setting myself a target to experiment with food more next year (I'm transitioning to a fully vegan lifestyle) and am particularly interested in foraging for edible plants and learning various recipes that I can use them in.
I also recently bought a property (no more renting for me!) and love the fact that I'm allowed to do all sorts of things with it that you just can't do when you're renting a flat that belongs to somebody else. So I'm really into interior design right now. Currently looking into beginner DIY projects that I can try to give my apartment a bit of personality!

I like learning languages, even if I’m not that great at it. I’m learning Norwegian and Japanese on Duolingo for fun, currently. I want to learn how to play the drums, and maybe learn some tabs on guitar once I’m finally done with grad school. Mostly, though, I want to get really good at crochet. Tre only stitch I’ve mastered so far is half-double, and I haven’t been able to find good resources that are detailed but easy to follow. I want to be Etsy shop levels of skilled one of these days

I want to improve in horseback riding, cooking and soap making. Oh and also drawing and painting, I haven't drawn anything in years. And I want to learn sewing with a sewing machine and create my own sewing patterns, and I would love to learn archery with historical bows so I can start learning horseback archery :D

I would like to learn the violin again. I knew how to play it as a child, but once I moved states and schools, I didn't have violin classes anymore, and eventually forgot how to read music. It's easier to learn things like that as a child so I really wish I could've kept it up.
I want to learn how to sing. It's a bit tricky since my voice is cracking and doing all sorts of weird things. Also I'd love to learn to cook better and how to sew doll clothes.
I'm learning how to spin wool, it's wayyy harder than it sounds like lol Anyone can spin acceptable wool, but spinning the flawless "would use on a sweater" kind is much much harder.
For the last 8 or 9 months, I've really wanted to learn to play guitar. Unfortunately, I don't have a guitar. Or the money to buy one. XP

I'd love to learn to play the Cello. It has such a beautiful sound. Been interested ever since I got hooked on The Piano Guys.

I recently picked up a bunch of old hobbies, crochet, knitting, weaving, macrame, and I'm really improving on my skills! Next I'd like to learn embroidery, improve my sewing skills further, get into nalbinding and learn to spin my own yarn from natural fibers I collect myself. My experiments with stinging nettle were promising a couple of years back!
Can't sleep, pendulums will get me.
I want to learn how to properly tan hides, I already know how to clean bones and stuff, I just need to learn how to do it with the skin
I've been wanting to try photomanipulation for a long time and I've finally stopped being chicken about it. I'm also learning how to use React.js
i'd love to learn to knit and/or crochet. i have the tools and have tried to pick it up a few times but i have trouble understanding the motions from photo or video tutorials.
Still trying to work on anatomy, especially different body times! Muscular and chubby are ones I'm working towards more!
Aside from that.. I really would like to learn how to do massive amounts of detail with acrylic or just any type of paint. It's always painting I'm not too used to yet.
