Okay did not even see that new feature. Sorry been on a hiatus for a bit.
And sorry for being blind about that, but thank you. ^^ It seems like it is working now.

EVERY time I want to see my old avatars, which is very rarely, they do not show up. Do I really need to convert every time?
I'm pretty certain it was all her stuff, she's been here for a while, but I know the list buttons are a bit fiddly...If she's not responded by tonight, I'll let her know as she's a rl friend, and housemate. TY Bug, gorgeous Masque outfit.

She already responded (three posts above)

~yeah I saw that after I commented, I was at work, and saw it after I got home from work :)

My wardrobe is saving the layers in reverse order, took a bit to realize what was going on. So, confirmed that glitch is still happening.
I'm not entirely sure how I managed it, but it started immediately after removing an infection skin and I believe I was using a mobile browser (android chrome). My av looks like a hot mess for masquerade but I'll leave it be so it can be poked at as needed. Not too concerned about saving this design so no worries if it's mucked up beyond repair.
Happy to answer questions if you need more info. :)
Try changing your base to a different color and saving it. When this happens it is usually a glitch with the base.

that fixed it :) thank you!
Eek, I should remove that link. If your saved avatars don't load after, say, 15 seconds of waiting, then refresh the page to try again - it's possibly timing out due to the number of saved avatars you have. Please refrain from using the convert link again, it's unlikely that it is helping your issue. I know the page is really confusing about this so that is 100% our bad and I'll look into removing that asap. If your avatars persistently refuse to load, please make a ticket and just say "Send to Bug" somewhere in the ticket, and I'll investigate it further. Thanks!

O.k., thanks! Since the saved avatars showed on my computer on Firefox today, I'm relieved and happy ;-) I did try hard refreshing yesterday and eventually just gave up. But, as I said, all is fine for me now anyway :-)
Thanks. If my issue is a memory leak, can you help me understand why only Subeta tabs stop loading? When the wardrobe hangs, I'm noticing it's right after I either switched layers or went to the next page. It stops loading images halfway down the page and won't load any previews. It's more like the wardrobe timed out, but then it causes all Subeta pages to stop loading. However, I can browse non-Subeta websites just fine, stream Netflix, whatever. In fact, the first time it happened, I assumed Subeta was down because I could open other websites just fine.
Unfortunately I don't know, sorry! The memory leak was just a speculation. Have you checked the things mentioned in my last post (adblock, extensions, etc)?

Gotcha. Yeah, I did. I only have four extensions: Adblock, Kaspersky Protection (I changed it to whitelist this site), eye dropper, and a timer. They're all current and nothing had changed between when the wardrobe worked fine and when it started timing out and hanging up.
I changed my page view to only show 250 items at a time (previously had it for 500) but it still happens. This same issue also happened right at the start of the Masq when I didn't even have the wardrobe open but was just trying to look at item previews on the Steamworks Menagerie page. It stopped loading item images halfway through the 2018 tab and then after 4-5 previews, stopped loading those too. It only happened one time though.
I had made a complaint earlier about items not loading in the wardrobe and switched over to loading 50 or less and STILL had no item loads. I always had my wardrobe set to show me only the items I owned, but was curious and checked that and Everything loaded up practically instantly, even on the 500 items setting!
So, the items will load if it's everything, but won't load when it's just my items.
Can you double-check that you don't have a drawer or something accidentally selected?
Could you screenshot what the full page looks like when it doesn't load?

Looks like that does the trick. I've never had much luck figuring out the drawers, so I had selected to show none of the drawers. Selecting it to show all drawers lets my items load.
For what it's worth, All drawer or None drawer didn't seem to matter when I turned off the 'Only show items you own' box, everything loaded regardless.
Sorry for being a bother with this, thank you for pointing out where I'd bollixed it. grins Do you still need a screenshot?
Hello! I added some caching to the wardrobe's item search. This means if you perform the same search twice, it should load much faster the second time.
The caching is very short (about 3 minutes) so if you've added new items to your wardrobe and stuff like that, please allow 3-5 minutes for them to show up.
Overall this update should not change your experience of the wardrobe much, except to perhaps make it a little faster. The caching should take a bit of strain off the database which may result in improved performance.
If you notice any problems with searching items in the wardrobe after this update, please ping me on this thread.

I'm not able to rearrange any of my layers. I've tried both Chrome (my normal browser) and Firefox, and nothing happens when I try to drag my layers around. ;3;
[edit] After further investigation it may in fact be a problem with my laptop, not this site. I'll let you know. XP
