It looks like the problem is that you are trying to wear items that are not in your wardrobe.
You have the in your wardrobe, which is why it shows up on the HA. However, the other items don't seem to be there. If an item isn't in your wardrobe, you can still make an HA with it, but you won't be able to actually wear that item. These are the items you're currently wearing but don't appear to own:
If you think any of these should be in your wardrobe, please file a ticket and a UA will help you determine if any items are missing that shouldn't be, and restore them if that's the case.

Well, you know, I feel kinda silly now... I distinctly remember thinking "I don't recall having all these items!" but I thought maybe I just forgot putting them in there.

Dear Bug - For me my HA in wardrobe 3.5 shows just bird head and background when saved as outfit - and before was showing just that in posts too. Now I'm hexed (which lasts how long?) showing just a floating big brain...? but wardrobe shows list of 11 items I'm wearing and pic doesn't match saved image. Also I got a skin from zapper (only one I own) and it doesn't seem to show either ? Do others see me 'correctly' or as I see me?
I'm running windows 7 pro sp 1 - is it because software old? (old computer small powers can't update it)

Try doing this:
- Go into the "Base" tab of the wardrobe
- Select a skin color (any skin color, but just a different one from what you currently have)
- Save (wear) the HA
Let me know if that helps. If it doesn't fix it, I'll look at it in more detail and see what I can do :)
Also, when you are hexed, it'll show the hex image instead of the outfit you're wearing - that's just the result of being hexed, and is not a glitch.

- I can only access my wardrobe on Firefox and although I can now get sopme items I am missing loads of things and many. many CSC items, many of which my daughter had done. I am not happy about this one bit and would like to see this fixed ASAP.

In the wardrobe, hit Ctrl+Shift+J to bring up the console. It will show up either on the bottom of the screen or on the side. The top of the console will say something like: Elements, Console, Sources, Network... and so on. Click on the word "Network" and then it will look something like this:</p>

Hello there! Sorry to be a bother, but I seem to be having an issue similar to (as far as I can tell...I'll admit I'm new to all of this).
While the preview image to the right of the HA appears with no issue, the actual HA does not appear. There's no skin, and the only object shown is the one selected. As soon as I move on to another item selection, the previously selected item is replaced. Items are being equipped properly and appear on the left-most list, but do not appear outside of singular selections on the HA. I am able to load saved outfits and when I wear on site, they appear properly, but even they do not show up on the HA in-wardrobe.
Basically: Everythings working except for the function to have all items appear on the HA, including base facial features and skin, though all of this DOES appear onsite once worn.
I am using Chrome, if that helps anything.
Your HA looks correct to me. If you're still having this problem, could you show a screenshot of what your HA looks like for you?

After some testing, I've found that out of the three computers in my household, the wardrobe only works normally on Chrome on one of them. The other two show this error.
How much lag should there before newly added items show up in our wardrobe under the Items section when we sort by Added to Wardrobe and Descending? I have items that were added in the middle of Keelhauliday that are not showing up and everything since, including Morostide items. They don't show up when I search for them specifically by name, either. They can be found under Organize Items, though, so I know they are in there.
I am using Firefox 56.0 (32-bit).

Hey, sorry for the delayed response. I'm afraid I'll need to ask for some help troubleshooting this. I'll try to explain this clearly.
In the wardrobe, right-click on the preview on the left and select Inspect Element (or it might just be called "Inspect" in your browser). A panel will show up with a lot of HTML code in it. In this code, look for a line that says
Can you double-check your filters and make sure you are not accidentally filtering them out by layer, drawer, or something like that? If that's not the case, please tell me exactly what options you have selected for all of the filter options and I'll see what I can do.

They're still not showing up and unless I am missing something totally obvious, there is no reason for it on my end.
