Everyone and
Can we just use layer than drawer as layer is much better access to more items without a drawer involve. People can find abuse a drawer adding if bug just found out by me. It is better without a drawer and just use layer that already add to your wearable that have list of items.
Again It is time to remove the drawer and use layer that there is no abuse on drawer by people.
Aye! I love you, . I had gotten down to 33 drawers but had no idea how to eliminate the last three.
50 drawers sounds awesome, considering i only have 18 atm :P
Finally managed to get them to convert last night and show up in the filters, but noticed that only the items i sorted after i converted the drawers are showing up in the wardrobe. And when i go to the manage thingo page all the items have "None" in the drop-down instead of any drawers they might have already been sorted into... is this happening for everyone? I'm sure you're still tinkering with things Bug, so i won't add to the plethora of other pings you've probably got, but i'm just wondering if i'm gonna have to go through and sort all those items again, or if i need to do something else to get the drawers to wakey wakey? I haven't had time to read all the extra info here so maybe I've just missed some crucial post that explains what's going on, and if so i apologise for harping on about it XD
Also, thanks once again for all the work you're putting into this Bug! ❤

I would have been happy with 25 drawers and will stick to that for now just in case. If it stays higher then I'll have to think of other categories. Too bad we can't have an item in 2 drawers, such as putting a red dress in the red clothes and dress drawers.

I mean, if you guys are happy with less drawers don't force yourselves to think of more! All those with 2 drawers or no drawers will surely help to balance out us obsessive sorters :)
I&;m not sure I understand why there is a drawers limit. I would think it&;s less strain on the system for me to load my tiny categories than for instance to load the chest layer which had over 500 items in it the last time I checked.
I think I can live with 50 way more easily than 30; I was legit panicking! I don't think a lot of people have as many drawers as I do, but the reason I posted my breakdown for you was so that you could see WHY I have a lot of drawers :)
Um, nope?
The layering system is terrible for finding items if you have a lot of items.
Let's take long dresses. I wear those a lot. They can be on the chest layer, the fullbody layer, or the body layer. In addition, there are many things that are not long dresses that are on those layers. So if I want to find a long dress, I have to look on all three layers, and my chest layer has 5-6 pages to go through.
Plus, many items, especially CWs, have names and icons that do not represent what the item actually is, for instance, one of my favourite crowns is represented by a picture of a bird, and a lot of my hair does not have pictures of hair as the icon, so when I'm trying to sort through the "head" layer to find a specific hair as opposed to hat or barrette or all the other things that go on that layer, the hair I am looking for may be represented by a picture of a perfume bottle, a mirror, a hair brush, a bag of flowers...
The layers system is not useful when you are trying to find your items because it separates them by where they go in the layering (which isn't even relevant since you can move them around any way you want) and NOT by what type of item they are.
Just because you find the layering system easy to use does not mean everyone else does; please stop advocating for the abolition of a feature that is useful to other people because you don't use it.

Now I did just told bug on my post that people can be abuse the drawer and now she will rethink about abuse on drawer. Now everyone is might be using to be a abuse a loophole on drawer. That why.
I agree. That's why 1 of my drawers is "Dresses" because many of them are in different layers. And some items called dress actually are just a top because they don't go down far enough for me to call it a dress. And not all red clothes have red in the name so I have a drawer for clothes red, black, blue, etc. I use the drawers constantly.

Well, I can't do a damn thing with the wardrobe again - really getting sick of using old saved avatars. Nothing is showing up at all. It's ridiculous that there have been so many problems with the wardrobe and so many changes over the years.
Um, bug is not a she, and why would anyone be trying to use drawers except to sort stuff?

if you can, could you make it so that the buttons for page numbers are the same size? I kind of multi-task, wardrobe included lol, and well... when I'm going through say 40 pages of items (cw or not) since the buttons are different sizes I end up either back on the first page or last page. Idk if anyone else has this but it'd be great if you could make the buttons all little squares! As in easy enough to click but not super huge? Thanks!
I asked and they're usually reported here but is gonna be making a stickied thread for those later (like, tonight hopefully) so keep an eye out :)
That was my bad actually, there was a small miscommunication with the UAs but it's been cleared up now. Your ticket will be transferred and I'll help you with it soon.
Drawers are here to stay. It's fine if you don't use them yourself, but a lot of people find them useful because they can customize how their items are sorted.
Nobody has been trying to abuse drawers that I know of. If there is a problem, the abuse will be dealt with by fixing the glitch, giving official warnings/punishments, etc. But drawers as a feature are here to stay.
I understand your frustration, especially if it's been unusable for you for a long time. Could you please make a ticket describing your problem, and include your browser and operating system, and I'll see if I can help you out.

Idea:
Layer is for normal wearables (Non-cw) While drawer is for only cw wearables if you willing to fixed this make less abuse findings.
TY I was changing my HA and skimmed over the item, and I had to go back to be sure I'd seen it, thank you for that I'll keep an eye out.
We are the ones who remember, the ones who see what was, and is, and will be.
Me~
50 is great, thank you! I already had 30 before the announcement and I do use them.
No, we are not removing the drawers feature. Like I said, abuse will be dealt with separately and is not a reason to remove the feature. If somebody abuses the feature, we have a system of warnings and punishments to deal with it, including freezing their account, and any incorrect coding will be fixed.
UPDATE (and sorry for the extra ping but) * Clothing with no male version is where you would report such issues :)

- You were misunderstand my last post idea:
If you did try to keep cw only on drawer that way most people will find there and layer only normal wearable that not cw wearables.
It is will make more for people drawer wearable on cw only.
Sorry I missed your post earlier! To be completely honest... I'm completely confused by your description of what's happening LOL
It kinda sounds like a known issue, but I'm not super sure. Can you take any screenshots to show me what you mean? That would definitely help.

I would not say remove the drawers, but how about converting them to a tagging system?
That would eliminate the need to load a whole drawer. And it would allow things like tagging an item as both "long dress" and "red." Users could have up to 50 tags and assign them to any item.
(And there could also be some built in tags if you wanted - it would save a lot of total work if the system simply tagged hair styles or wigs with "hair" or "wig" rather than expecting every player to do it... but that would be a later addition I expect - though it could start with the items that have the "wig" type already)
I haven't used drawers at all yet (as I am fairly new to Subeta and don't have as extensive a wardrobe as long time players) but I would love to be able to tag all my skirts so I can find a skirt when I want one - and also tag all my items from a given holiday store (steamworks, Esther's) so I can make holiday specific outfits, tag my Cash Shop items, and the like. It wouldn't be nearly as useful for me to have only one category per item.
