Ahh why haven't I seen this group before? I can volunteer, although I am much lower than the rest of the volunteers (17).
I also have a huge stash of baking items if any new bakers need some help with ingredients.
Thanks! I'll keep you in mind for the volunteer service. Right now I am not adding more to the front page list, but I may do a new rotation (or remove it all together since nobody uses the service) when new items are released! <3 Your HA is really cool right now too!
I am sure a lot of new bakers would appreciate the offer of items. Be sure to come back and post this when new baking items are released too! <3 You're so kind!

Hey, I went about making a giant list of every current baking item for myself along the way so that I knew what to hoard for future baking levels. I thought you guys might like to have it available in this thread for others to benefit from. Similar items are grouped together, mostly. Unfortunately it's not in the order that ingredients are required based on baking level. This format has worked out wonderfully for me, but you're free to rearrange it as desired! :)

I also thought I'd share my way of managing all of these items, just in case it helps the whole process of baking to be less overwhelming to people who are just starting it. First, I set up a gallery of baking supplies and threw everything into it. Utilizing a private wishlist category of all ingredients gives me a clear visual to ensure that I only ever put baking ingredients into it, which minimizes clutter. I set up a gallery category for whatever I'm mass-baking currently (based on the highest level thing I'd have the ingredients for), and then I move the appropriate ingredients to that category. That way, when I'm ready to bake, I can go to that category and quickly pull out one of each item instead of searching for each one every time.
Wow thank you for the lists! They will be super helpful for many users I am sure! :) You really are organized, way to go! I added it to the front page of posts as well. Thank you!

Oh wow, that's glorious!
You're welcome! I'm pleased to be able to contribute for future bakers! Out of curiosity, do you know if we're still allowed to share google docs/sheets? I made one that is essentially a list of how many times each recipe ingredient is used, along with a note of which level/items it's used for. I used the sheet to prioritize which items I needed to seek out (baking powder is used 17 times vs pepper is used once at level 3, for example). I also have a separate sheet of every recipe with a text list of every ingredient the recipes require (along with level and time required to bake, thanks to the info in your thread).
If we're still allowed to share google doc/sheet links, I'd be happy to contribute that as well, provided that credit is given (these were a ridiculous amount of work), but I'd need to spend some time reorganizing the ingredients list first. I'd welcome suggestions -- maybe organize by shop, each shop sorted alphabetically?

Ingredients sheet: (I'd update this one and organize it in a different way, most likely -- the way I've organized the ingredients probably only make sense to me lol)

Recipe sheet: (I'm happy with the format on this one, so I'd leave this sheet alone. It gives me a quick text list of items to reference when I'm pulling things into a new gallery category.)
Thank you both for the compliments! There were times that I just wanted to give up on it. It was so so much work to go through every recipe to make sure I got everything, not to mention the scode for every item, plus working on google sheets at the same time... Between the scode list and both google sheets, I spent a ridiculous number of hours on this but I think that the end result turned out to be worth it! It helped to organize the whole process for me in a way that made baking tolerable (enjoyable, even!). You both might also really like my google sheet previews above :)
Thank you so much for all that information. If you're able to share google sheets, I'll certainly be interested, more specifically for the times since I don't know each and every one.

I actually pulled the baking times from this thread, so those are already available (3rd post shows every bakeable item & baking times). I do hope that I'm able to share my sheets though. It was an awful lot of work to only benefit one person! If I'm not allowed to share, I may find another way. I see that tables are an available sCode option now, so I'd probably be willing to put in the extra work to convert it. It'd just take me a while, and not be quite as smooth/easy to update when we get new items.
I must have overlooked that.
It looks like you put an awful lot of work into all of this and it would be beneficial to current and future bakers.

Yes the ties are on the third post down, underneath each respective item you can bake. :)
I'm not sure about the rule for google docs and spreadsheets. I think you can post the link but I don't know any specific rule or not. You'd have to go check with the actual forum rules for that one. ^^

I really really extremely want:I just looked around in the forum rules but didn't see anything. There's also a collaborative spreadsheet linked on one of the popular battle forum threads to track battle loot, so I assume that it must still be ok to link to google sheets. I'll work on updating my ingredients sheet and then post a link for you guys.
Any suggestions on how to sort the ingredients? Currently I have it split into the following categories:
Versatile Basics (column 1 items that offer multiple options - butter, eggs, flour, etc) Other Basics - column 2 pantry staples like oil, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder Spices & Extracts Sanding Sugar & Food Coloring Mushrooms Fruits & Veggies Bags of Baking Chips & Sweets - the sweets include candied items, cherry gummy rings, sodas, candy rocks, etc Decorating Frosting & Syrups Unusual Ingredients - column 2 items like BBQ marshmallows, birdseed, gold dust, pretty much the stuff that I couldn't justify shoving into a different category
If you or anyone else lurking has any ideas for re-configuring this mess, I'm all ears! My only thought is leave Versatile Basics alone and then sort everything else by shop (alphabetically within each shop). But Food Market is so big that maybe I need sub-categories? I don't know.
In my own baking life this is how I organize things (based on when I use them/usually paired with the things). I used your system already set up to show you.
(These two columns seem to have a lot of overlap but the general idea is good.) Versatile Basics Other Basics

I really really extremely want:I've updated things all I can for today. I've merged some of the categories I had before and as far as I can tell, all of the lists are fully updated. I kept your category advice in mind as I shifted things around and tried to merge things that were used in very few recipes. For examples mushrooms went with fruits/vegs since most things in that category were only used once, as were the mushrooms.
The sheets are now available at the link above if you'd still like to use them!
Please let me know if you guys notice any errors and I'll fix it tomorrow :)
OH, very clever indeed!! I love your organization! Excellent job on that! ^^

Oh, I was kind of dreaming about a list of ingredients which shows the recipes where they are used... you did a wonderful job and I'll be definitely using your list in the future, thank you so much for sharing ❤
Aww thank you! Did you happen to see both lists? It sounds like you're talking about the google sheets, but there's also an image list (with restock locations named and linked), which Ambition added to post . PS. If you think of anything that would be useful to add to the google sheets, please let me know. I haven't been quite as baking obsessed lately because I've finally unlocked every recipe, but I'm still happy to make useful adjustments to the sheets as they come up.
