happy thanksgiving to you too!!

Just because I'm in the UK, there's no reason why I shouldn't celebrate Thanksgiving. I will be having a lovely roast turkey dinner, and I baked 2 pumpkin pies yesterday which will be enjoyed thoroughly :)

It's gonna be a rough THanksgiving for us. Karen has been out of it for two days and refuses anything by mouth. We are keeping her as comfortable as possible. Our niece, Gabby, that Karen raised mostly had a panic attack last night and had to be taken to the ER. She is getting overwhelmed by all of this. It is also the anniversary of my Dad's death in a couple of days. It is overwhelming for us all. Please continue praying for Karen's comfort, peace for the family and strength to get through this difficult time of transition.

I'm going through the achievement list. I found one that I didn't have, nabbed it from the CS.

Wishing you the joy of having those still that you love during this holiday season. I lost my father a few years back just before Thanksgiving also so I wish you the heart that remembers but can cope. For Karen I wish peace and health, glad that she is with her family.
