I had same issue with my neighbor stupid woman couldn’t tell my dogs from rest of the neighbors dogs. I can tell whose dog is barking no matter which one it is. No joke I have a dog next door that barks when I flush the toilet. Witch kept turning me into animal control and had them do a welfare check on them. My dogs are so abused 2 huge water pans filled 24/7 outside. Keep their food in so not feeding flocks of birds. We showed the guy 2 - 25 pounds of dog food and full food dishes with more water. Plus dog houses outside. He saw how well we took care of them, even looked at my folder full of papers on immunizations up to date and regular vet visits. I told the guy our neighborhood is full of dogs and barking is part of it. He told me, he was going to note on our file. That neighbor was issue not the dogs and no further action would be required. The joke was on her, plus her dogs were being left out all night to bark. I never complained once either. Thankfully she left, i mean dang I never had any complaints before not a single one for years. She moved in the neighborhood and wanted everything and everyone to adjust to her wants and needs. But apparently it’s okay to wonder the neighborhood drunk and flirting ( out right sexual behavior) with young guys half her age (such a cougar) I know it’s true she did it to my 2 sons and their friends! Yet I didn’t go and tell her where to get off. Because you can’t tell crazy your crazy and your behavior is wrong. I hope things work out, bring them in the house or the garage at night helps. During day the neighbor really can’t do anything, call animal control and get info for your area. Tell landlord info you get, and they will be brought in at night. Seriously doing that they can’t do anything unless there are obvious signs of neglect.

I don't leave my dogs outside are you kidding me that is like leaving a baby outside with no supervision my dogs stay in the house and sleep on my bed with me I could never keep them outside they go out when they need to and they get to play now that I live an apt I just cant let them out to run like they are used to

Thats so good to hear. Play tv or radio when your not there, help drown out noise from outside of apartment.

my sweetest and beloved friend thank you for trying to cheer me up with the game and giveaway I really do appreciate it so much ...... here is an update on my sister in law she is going to a nursing home on monday morning she is excited about it a little but she is still wanting to come home with to us but with our current situation every one agrees that this the best thing for everyone she can get better care and there will be people there that she can mingle with this nursing home deals mainly with Downs Syndrome patients so she will be around other people like her and she likes that she used to work with other Handicapable people and loved it that was when she live in Chicago before her mom got sick and had to move here with us in Kentucky.....we also have the Apartment situation taken care of I worked everything out with landlord my son moved out to his new place and took his dogs so now its just my wife and I with the grand daughter and my dog and my wifes dog everything is starting to work out and we started to move more of our stuff into the apt hopefully by the end of the month we will have everything we want from our storage to our apt .. and now my baby girl Abby she is the best I loved my Suki with everything I have and I still love her and I know she would want me to give this new dog all I have the same love and affection that I gave her I keep Suki by me and I still love and miss her and I cry when I think about her like now but I will love this baby just the same with everything I have she does a lot of the things my Suki did she is pitbull and she loves my attention all of it Abby is AWESOME she loves to go for walks and play tug of war and she loves to play with her Kong Abby is also making me more healthy as well with all the walks we are going I have lost weight I don't know how much but I went down two sizes in my pants and my legs grew some too well that didn't happen I could wish so I am feeling really good more healthy anyways and the stress I have had over the last few weeks is finally disappearing so I hope to be back to peaceful times here soon

I think this will be better for her and my wife who has been taking care of her by herself for a while now at the hospital they told my wife what she has been doing for her sister is a full time job for a shift of people and my wife has been doing it by herself for over a year now I try and help when I can but its hard for a me to help my wife with her sister one I just had a heart attack and two she is a woman that don't want any one to see her so that makes it hard for me to help when its time to give her a shower or take her to the bathroom at the nursing home she will have more people to help her out and my wife won't be broke down anymore my wife is literally in constant back pain and has torn her knees up taking care of her mom when she was dying of cancer and then her brother that was sick for about year before he passed and now her sister my wife broke down to the hospital and told them the situation we were in and they helped her find a place and everything that we wanted her sister to go to there are no male staff that work with the female residents ... a good friend of ours his mom and aunt both work at this nursing home and they also had a brother with Downs Syndrome that is where he went when he needed full time care .... this nursing home is small and it looks like a home my wife has been there already she says it is very nice and believes her sister will be very happy here and my wife has 24 hour access to the building and can come and go as she pleases so if she feels like going to check on her sister at 2 a.m. then she can I trust this place and the people that work there ... this will be good for her ... her neighbor at the home likes to talk and so does my wife's sister we can't get her to stop talking most of the time ..... ok now How are you doing Jules I haven't been talking to you much how is life going for you

gosh it does my heart good to hear the happiness in your voice. Sounds like this change has been good for your whole family. Glad to hear Sis in law is doing better. I bet your wife will be happier and less stressed.

what is your goal date to have everything done and you can leave for Russia do you have a wedding date set yet ? can you leave before selling your house like letting someone else help out or do you need to stay until it is sold?
