hmmm, well if its increased cost from user shops that doesn't really apply to me. I nearly exclusively buy from NPC shops or pull out of my stash. I do occasionally have to buy from user shops, but for example I bought just 2 items today, and I think I bought 4 yesterday, so I doubt that's it. I think Osterizer might be right that staff may be tinkering.

Good to know I'm not the only one not getting wiz quest RE - I also tend to do those quests first in case I get the RE.
