So, the cash part of my pay (the only part that makes it worth staying there) was taken away. Instead, it's all on our paychecks now. And my boss goes "in order to keep you relatively reasonable at a pay rate, it's this now + $40 cash a week". And she assumes that keeps me the same. Even though she knows it doesn't, because the part she put on my check gets taxed now. So I'm losing $30 a week, which doesn't seem like much, but is.

On top of that, it's going to put me out of the income bracket (barely) to keep my insurance.

And she did this, and adjusted the hours it shows I work, to "prove" I'm making more than minimum wage under the soon to increase requirements (supposedly. it's partially that and partially that the new GOP tax scam benefits her business if she has us all with more listed hours/pay). So, even though on paper it looks like I got a raise from $11.50/hour to $14/hour - I'm making less money - she's no longer giving me my cash, and she's no longer paying me for the full day on Saturdays even though I only work 4 hours. She was paying me that as compensation for working Saturdays to begin with. And because it meant if she needed me all day, she got a worker without having to pay extra. So now if she wants me to be there for any longer, I'll be demanding pay for it.

She's also made it appear (on paper) that I work from 8:30am-5:30pm Mondays and Tuesdays, even though I'm expected to be at work from 8am-5:30pm. So I'm not gonna be pressed if I'm late anymore.

I'm currently working on applying for new jobs.

Holy ass, that's terrible. You can actually sue her if she demands you work for free. Hope she gets reminded of that. I hope you get a new job quickly.
