I was wondering if your Pylot was based on the challenger Pylot! (Who was before my time so I don't know his lore, just saw him in the Battle Quests...) That's a neat idea!

JouetJewel - read all scraps of paper from Pastry Box; train for job promotion (Professional Handler of the Arts at Delphi Museum)

Zixa - needs 11 more levels, strength training, and 28 more books for job promotions (Adopt R Us and then Half Baked)

Garavani - needs to eat 1259 more foods for Master Chef

Fiamet - get Yunium Key during Masquerade; eventual Steamworks pet; also begin buying Vegan foods for, train for Gem Artisan position at Yun Enterprises

I went back to Forested's story after hating on the plot for a while to find that I actually kinda like the way I wrote it.

I also wrote for Misanthrope but it's not really a plot, it's just him expressing his thoughts...soliloquizing I guess. I rather like it myself, since it's...essentially MY thoughts, but I don't know how sensible it is to other people.

Took another step backwards though with Susurrous. Can't seem to think of a good back story for that one. Oh well.

Mathis is sitting on my account for a while I decided to totaly change his character and made him into a totaly new OC.

Allready added some small details and filled his TC a bit and also have an example pic what he will look like until I am less lazy to draw him =)

You have some great pet names! Also, this may be too informal a quote for Misanthrope's page, but his name reminds me of one of my favorite movie dialogues, from The Proposition.

The full quote has cussin' in it but here's a paraphrase: "What's a misanthrope?" "A misanthrope is one who hates humanity." "Is that what we are, misanthropes?" "Good Lord, no. We're a family."

Considering what my family is/was like, I can relate 100% :P

Finally changed Rabal into a Steamwork Legeica. After years of waiting for another Swampie color to impress me (or a possible Galactic revamp...? it looks so outdated...?) I went with another "horse"- had a hard time deciding 4 Steamwork Pets, but yeah, the Legeica seems to fit his character best.

Now he still needs a story, but I have something in mind already (FINALLY!) I only need the time and creativity to put it into words. xD

JouetJewel gets plenty of foodie attention and I am already feeding Garavani AND McDonalds for separate attention. More pets with hungry bellies = faster achievements. At least that's my reasoning. Sure, Garavani could do ALL the food achievements, but since pets can only eat up to 10 items at a time, I figure it's faster to do individual food achievements with other pets and just feed Garavani whatever else I get via vending, quests, RSing, etc. Plus it looks nicer to have pets with certain "food" sets on their profiles.

I finaly managed to work on my pet Jamie. He was sitting on my account for ages and I not really did much with him. Now I worked a bit on his profile and added some details about his story and ideas I have for him. Took me a long time but finally I am satisfied with what I am gonna do with him =). Now he will need a lot of art and I need to write his story or at least I have to start with it.

I've been working my butt off on my pets lately. 16 are already spotlight winners and another 12 are fully finished and ready to be nominated.

I have another 19 pets who are basically finished, most have stories and treasures - they just need graphics/profiles.

Then I just adopted out a pet whose character wasn't working for me anymore and I'm name-hunting for another pet whose idea I really, really want to do.

So yeah, I guess you could say I deserve a gold star. I don't know what I'm going to do when I actually finish though, lol. Hopefully I'll be able to afford another pet slot by then, or if the Subetagods smile upon us all, they'll have some event where I can earn another slot.

I need to come up with a story for Starflicker. She's just about ready for Spotlight. I'm going to read her a few more books, and then once her story is in place, enter!

I just can't finish anything lately :( Especially not writing, either for pet profile stories or for fanfic off Subeta or like, anything. But I can't even get any profiles or TCs finished either. I start working on something then lose interest after about two minutes, ugh. And what sucks is that I have almost all my pet stories and fics all planned out, so I know what I want to write, but I just can't make myself DO it. I suck.

But anyway, the one thing I did accomplish was finish redoing Tak's profile:

He's my main pet I do everything with, and he won the spotlight a few years ago. But I didn't like his story anymore, and I wanted his profile to show his stats and stuff since I've spent so long training him. So I got rid of most of the decorative stuff, and instead of a story I put some text from one of the novels he's from. (He's a Stephen King fan pet.) Also trimmed down his TC a bit and got rid of the Stephen King tribute items, so now it's just items I relate to the two novels he's in.

haha I see! I've actually entertained the thought of making a pet based on one of my AU Llewyns, but I talked myself out of it. I have too many unfinished pets, and two Oscar Isaac-based pets are enough :P

I've lost interest in some stories that I wanted to write for pets as well, so I know how it feels to not finish anything.

So far, I'm making TCs for these pets I just created:

She became a stargazer because she was sickly as a child (haven't nailed down specific ailments yet). She wishes for meaning in her life and decides the best way to do that is to become strong, so she seeks a mentor to train her. It doesn't quite go how she expects though.... Right now I'm collecting anything related to stargazing for her TC.

Getting TC items might be more tricky for this pet because her character is based on a storyline from Star vs. the Forces of Evil. If anyone's seen most of season 3 they'll know what I'm talking about. Right now I'm planning to put monster-like minions and possibly petition-like items, because PearlMeteora becomes an advocate for equality for all creatures.

I've drafted a basic story outline for both pets, just need to flesh it out a bit more.
