MY RECENT PET PROGRESS IS THAT I BOUGHT TWO NEW PET SLOTS TODAY LIKE A BOSSSSS. B)

And I have no ideas for either of them. Well, one idea. But it hinges on being accepted to adopt a certain pet.

I want a Marsh Blob to kind of do a homestead/Little House on The Prairie type of pet, but I'm still thinking about it. I have SO many other pets who need attention first lol! And thank you for the kind words about my adorable little egg blob. Saw those and KNEW I needed to morph one asap!

• went ahead and wiped a bunch of profiles 'cause i was getting a little annoyed since they all used grillby's template and were all lowercase and i didn't want to change that on individual profiles
• bought mil center slot with a vague plan for a pet next month... filled it today with a darling harvest pet with a free rename (missed a nov 5 birthday with a rename tho, darn). guess i gotta get slot !
• tempest blessed me with a storm potion the other day, so tamaki is now a storm popoko
• snake eyes changed jobs and now he and storm shadow are like ten days away from matching perfect job titles (they're going to be "scary assassins" together, thanks maleria)
• Grillby's Treasure Chest: 1135 out of 1135 Treasure Chest slots are filled. screams softly i have to stop buying him food someday, but today is not that day,,,

I added 3 TC slots to McDonalds today. His TC is officially complete!

Just adopted Kaio. Found out the name was available and thought it fit a monte well, sooooo...here's Kaio! I have no idea wtf I'm going to do with him though, so I'm zapping until I decide on something. I have several ideas, but nothing really fits him.

I am still working in Jamie and added his picture on his profile. Now I only need ideas what kind of BG I wanna make for him. His overlay is in work and I hope I can get it soon =).

I finaly also had some ideas for Octavian who is tied into Jamie's story. Still only ideas I did put on hos profile but at least something I can work with. I also started some nice ocerlay/profile art for him.

Things that were an effort: everything getting the room to switch views to the mirror room at only specific parts of the story getting the end walls & front walls to change opacity depending on the view so they weren't in the way getting the story text to show up like it does getting the chandelier to always face forwards regardless of viewing angle like it's in DOOM

ahhh i finished another pet!! the story on his profile is actually the fourth part to a seven part story and i WAS originally going to put all of it there, but the last two parts were a bit too gruesome i felt |'DD and having the rest of it without the ending would have been kinda pointless but WHATEVER I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HIM ANYWAY

No, it really feels good to have achieved this tiny goal, I love working on my Pets even though writing longer stories is totally not an option for me anymore. :'3

Same. I love working on my pets despite the fact that I hate coding/profiles and think it's stupid to "have" to have one for spotlight. I like clean white space so I doubt I'll ever win a spotlight trophy. But I'll have adorable pets with great minions, awesome TCs, jobs, and maybe even stories. And side note: love the Morticia/Gomez in your sig!

I cannot code or draw to save my life so I always rely on others if I want a profile or some nice art. It's something I do at times but not for every Pet I have of course, that would just be too much. The Petspot isn't something I participate in at all however, it's just not for me. One of my Pets won a couple of days after the Spotlight got introduced (way back when you couldn't disable nomination) and I felt so exposed somehow that I immediately kicked all my Pets out of their nominations when staff allowed us to turn the Spotlight off. Well, and the Pet in question got a 100% character change because, for whatever reason, the Spotlight win killed my love for the original character even though all the comments I got were super nice and positive. facepalms @ self

As for the writing part - I actually love writing actual stories but sadly I am lacking the energy for it now. My writing style is that I keep making notes, do my research etc and then when all that is done I HAVE to write everything down in one big outburst, otherwise it's going to fail anyway. I even managed to get the story for my Pet Adam done that way, no idea how many hours it took me in total with research and planning and of course the writing part. I really miss working like that but since that's not possible anymore my small fact boxes or tiny short stories have to be enough. Stil, I love my Pets and characters and working on them.

Been a quiet week for me. Working on TCs and getting prepped for Vesnali so ofc pets are in a holding pattern. I came across a Zentu in the adoption center that I kind of adore but am slow to develop a story for her.

I want a storm Blob so badly, and I've even got a name picked out... but no character or story ideas, and so many unfinished pets that I've decided to wait. And I'm not wed to the name so if someone else gets it, it's no big deal. But I'm still jealous of everyone else who has a cloudblob :P

SAME. I want a Storm Blob but already have sooooo many pets that need attention lol.

Also, JouetJewel is in need of a serious makeover. Thinking about an Angelic Jollin species/color morph for her.
