Biggest thing is to protect from freezing, then block water. The golem does a lot of water and earth damage. I am using my knocker, shear sword and OC scroll. That seems to work really well as long as I don't get frozen. Got the 10 wins :D On to trying with my T3 e.e;

Nah, I think the golems are just so terribly afraid of Elfric's power they forgot to give him all their stat boosters out of fear. Ah well, if the others get any, they'll go to him as usual.

The shear sword is nice because it is cheap and boosts stats. 3 wins so far with one of my T3 pets. Let's see if I can get to 5

81 has managed to kill 3 Gelatin Golems. But is stuck there - and I still need at least 200 more battles wit Tos against Hydragellos today. Not sure if there is anything else I can try with 81 to get two more Golem wins.

Tos has a blessed trident in her battle set for the Hydragellos, but I noticed I'm never using it, because I'm using a full block every turn. I have Shinwas Short Sword, DDS, RV, AoN, STS and UltimaPlus Tag (for the extra chance to freeze) equipped. Using Aftershocks, GoTF and one Perilous Whirlpool with that. Any ideas to replace the trident with something useful? I'm basically going for as much freezing as I can get and I usually die as soon as I run out of full blocers (although at full health, I sometimes last one extra turn if I use GoTF.

Thank goodness for that damage counter - first 300 battles - damage just under 1,500,000 second 300 battles - damage about 1,000,000 I would never figure out when I got to 5 million on my own!
